Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This rc truck is a lot of fun. The body panels are metal and can really take a beating, but the paint will scratch or come off. The 4wd is great and works perfect. It comes with everything you need to play with in about 3-5 minutes. It can climb pretty good and has no issues with grass, leaves, sticks and has plenty of suspension travel for jumps and drops. The 20kph or 12.5mph is a stretch, I’d say closer to 5-6mph on the charge right out of the box. If I notice a difference after a full charge I’ll update. Also, out of the box charge gave me 17 minutes of play per battery. That is actually pretty good considering the batteries are never fully charged from the factory. Using an iPad 5v charger it took about 2.5 hrs to fully charge 1 battery set.There is not an off switch for the remote and at this price the turning is either turn or straight, not progressive.It’s very easy to use, my 4y/o who has never played with an rc car before was using it right away. I’d say over all this is great at the price point I purchased it at.At the end of the video it was my fault it was stuck, but this thing can get around a lot.

I bought 4 RC cars. This one was one of the two more expensive ones. The two cheaper ones broke immediately.The gravedigger monster jam looks more impressive but this one is faster and lasts 50% longer on one charge. It also came with a second battery so even when the battery does die we have another one ready.The gravedigger also has to plug directly into the wall which is no good sometimes. I keep these in the garage but I have to charge them in the house. And that’s annoying.It can’t drive uphill very well. Just not enough power.Also the turning is far too sensitive. You can’t make slight curves. It’s full u turns or nothing.

See original review below.Nephew's birthday was coming up, so I thought getting one of these trucks for him would be an easy win. As soon as the truck showed up, I charged up the batteries and and tested it out. Motor would spin, but wheels didn't turn. Bummer. I still had time to get a replacement before the birthday, so I had another one shipped out. Second truck shows up. This time I didn't bother charging the batteries, just used a charged one from my Son's truck. The new truck would move, but seemed sluggish even on hardwood floors. I took it outside, and it couldn't move on the grass. Put that same battery in my Son's truck just to verify, and it worked just as expected.So two failed trucks. Sending both back. Just disappointing since the first one we received is so much fun. Both of these recent packages looked like they had been opened and tested before I received them. Just a guess, but I'm thinking these may have been defective stock returned after Christmas and then sent back out as new. Pretty lame.**Original Review**Lots of fun. Not particularly fast, but it owns the backyard. Slower speed is good for my 5 year old. Run time is great too. 20+ minutes on a charge. Longer than my kid's attention span. Great truck for the price. I'll update if durability turns out to be poor, but very happy so far.

This RC was great for a half day. It would climb hills and crawl over things that other RC cars couldn't. But two problems. First the battery charger, when I went to charge the second battery it pushed one of the charging pins out of the connecter. Second, in the middle of just driving back and forth on the driveway it stopped. It had plenty of juice in the battery, you could hear that. It would sound like it's going but wasn't moving, it's like the motors weren't hooked to anything

Purchased two of these as Christmas gifts. One wasn't even made correctly. The battery pack that came with the truck didn't fit. If I didn't have an identical truck and identical battery pack that fit, I would have thought the sent me the wrong battery. It was too late to return because we waited for nicer weather to play with these outside. We took the truck too s hubby shop to see if it could be fixed or if three was a battery pack to fit. We were told (with a chuckle) that it couldn't be fixed. It was not broken, it was made wrong.

The moment I plugged the battery in after using the suggested voltage charger it got red hot and burnt me, totally ruined immediately. The second one worked fine. As compensation for getting literally injured buy their product I feel the seller should at least send two or three replacement batteries for my son and they are very lucky that he was not the one that plugged it in before she would have been severely burnt like I was

This thing is a blast, it easily goes through grass, over 6-8" street curbs. Takes damage and keeps on going, it's range is honestly farther than you can really see the thing to operate it, I got it almost an entire city block away before it was hard to see exactly where I was on the side walk and drove it back. I've played with it for over 40 minutes and haven't had a dead battery yet and it comes with a second one! The controller is a little basic, but to be fair I got it for my 5 year old son not myself...even though I play with it more than he does :).

It’s hard for my right handed 4 year old to steer because in order to make turns the steering is on the right side of the control. It’s a trigger remote held in one hand. A rode for steering in the front broke within an hour of unwrapping this. I super glued it together and that’s holding up for now.
