I see a lot of discussion over this product. Many loving it and many saying it is not granulated, but in the powder form. It IS indeed labelled Garlic Powder, but this is actually the granulated type, just very small granules. This is important because I like the granulated; I find the true powder form to be hard to work with and not as good tasting. This Amazon Grocery Garlic Powder is excellent, very fine quality, dried garlic into tiny granules. I'm very happy with this product.

quality garlic powder, beats competitors in terms of price and value. this is not lacking anything when compared to other famous name brands I've been using for decades, and I can get it for much cheaper using Amazon grocery subsidiary. I would buy again. garlic is very healthy and I use it on pizza pasta baked goods with cheese, chili, and practically everything I can put it in garlic is a great super food, if you want to beat illness it will do just that. if you need to repel some bad people, the garlic breath will sure take great care of you, lol.

I’m no expert chef or an expert on garlic but this is a lot of garlic at a good price and it tastes like garlic. I am not sure it will keep Lestat away but it makes my food taste good.

Perfect. I love granulated garlic instead of powdered, which often leaves a pasty texture on/in food, than granulated garlic. This has beautiful flavor, nice texture with good workability for flavoring food. The quantity is wonderful, freshness is great, nice appearance and easy to use. The quality is exceptional. I like the spice flavor profile.

Good flavor. No clumping. I chose the powder over the granulated to ensure that it dissolves and mixes well, but they are pretty much interchangeable, although the powder costs more for some reason.
