Pacific Breeze Easy Setup Beach Tent

We purchased the Pacific Breeze beach tent to take with us on a recent trip to the Oregon coast. I practiced setting the tent up in my home before hitting the beach, and it couldn't have been easier. It took me less than a minute to unpack it, lay it out, and pop it up by myself. Collapsing it was just as easy, and they actually give you a carrying bag that is large enough to accommodate the tent after it's been opened. It was the perfect tool to keep us out of the wind and sun for hours on the beach. The sand bags work perfectly to keep the tent in place, even in fairly strong winds. We had a little trouble taking the tent down in the wind, however, and unfortunately somehow ripped a small hole in it during the process. The real reason I am writing this glowing review, though, is to commend Pacific Breeze for their outstanding customer service. I received a follow up email a couple of weeks after purchasing the product, asking how we liked it. I wrote back that we loved the product, but informed the sender that we were bummed that we had put a hole in the tent and the carrying bag the first time we used it and was wondering if they offered patching kits. Within a day, I heard back from the company, and they offered to let me exchange the tent for a new one. I wasn't able to get back to them right away, but a day or two later I received a phone call from an extremely friendly employee following up on my email. I explained to him that I didn't feel it was right to ask for a new product since I was fairly certain the damage was caused by the conditions, rather than the quality of the product. I was honestly just looking for a patching solution. While they don't offer patch kits at this time, the employee informed me of a special glue I can purchase to repair the damage, and assured me that I could always send the tent to them and they would repair it for me. I haven't tried the glue yet, but today I received a brand new carrying bag in the mail with a personal note. I have honestly never dealt with a company that offered such excellent customer service. I will definitely be recommending this product enthusiastically!

I've been looking for a beach tent for a while to take to the dog beach so my pups have a place to rest away from sand/sun when they are done playing. After buying a cheap tent at a department store which took my husband and I 10+ minutes to assemble, this was an epic find on amazon! This product is seriously amazing! Quality is spectacular, and seriously takes all of 30 seconds to assemble, and is just as easy to take down !!!! (Watch video and see!) It is super sturdy and durable and is full of cool compartments/pockets inside, and outside. I will definitely be buying the XL in the future to take to the beach with children!! at first we thought we were splurging for the price, but TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY! :)

We bought both sizes (this and the XL) and we are extremely happy with both. I have attached a side-by-side comparison for reference. We plan to use the XL for the beach and the smaller tent for things like local festivals and airshows.

This tent is a really impressive product. I spent a lot of time researching which beach tent to buy and which options were most important to me. While the price on the cheaper options was very appealing, after reading about people's experience setting it up I decided it was worth spending the extra money and going with one of the easier to set up options. I decided to go with the EasyUp beach tent because based on the video on their website it seemed really easy to set up and take down. I often take my kids to the beach myself and I needed something that I could set up by myself and not have to spend 20 minutes working on. After receiving the tent, it was clear the company spent a lot of time thinking through small details to help enhance the overall user experience. The windows are nice and large and help provide for ventilation and a breeze on hot days, there are easily assessable pockets to store things like suntan lotion or other frequently used small items and I'm a big fan of the colors.More importantly, the EasyUp Beach tent is really lightweight to travel with and easy to setup. For anyone who wants a demonstration, they have a great video on their website. For me, the most impressive aspect of the tent was how easy it was to set up and breakdown. I didn't want something I needed to struggle to set up while trying to keep up with my young kids and this beach tent takes about 5 seconds to set up and about the same amount of time to take down.The company's customer service is exceptional as well. I had a question and was able to get someone on the phone. They were very interested in my feedback and very focused on making sure I was getting the attention and answers I needed.If you have a young family or you just want something that is lightweight and easy to set up this beach tent is a must have.
