Great boots for - Work - Construction - Blizzards!
Awesome boots! I work outside construction night shift in the Northeast and these have quickly become my go to COLD night boots. I ended up (had no choice) breaking them in during the last 14" snow storm. I threw these on and shoveled / ran the snowblower for 5 hours - this was the 1st time wearing the boots other than a couple quick "try ons". I Honestly forgot I was wearing a new pair of boots - they are big, but they are warm & comfortable. I never even thought about my feet. **Safety features make them a great cold weather construction boot!**

Very happy
I have lived in South Florida most of my life. I recently moved to Atlanta. I realize it doesn't get that cold here but still colder than I am use to. I was struggling to keep my feet warm. I work in a bucket truck all day as a lineman and my toes were frozen. These boots are awesome. They keep my feet and toes warm. They are comfortable and offer a good grip on many different surfaces

Favorite boot so far.
Been wearing these daily for around a year now, and they are still my favorite boot so far. I can walk in any condition without concern for my feet. Definitely will be buying another pair in the future just to have a spare. They look good and feel comfortable right out of the box. The break-in period with these are not bad at all. Some boots feel like bricks until they get some miles in them. I did not find that to be the case with these. I tossed in a pair of good insoles and i was off to work. My back did not seem to hurt at all from these boots even after 11+ hour work days. I've been caught outside in some pretty rough conditions with these boots on but always had dry feet when I got home. If you like a good tough boot that both feels good and looks good too, give these a try. I think you will like them.

Absolutely outstanding
Given it's only been about 30°F where I'm at currently, I couldn't wait to try these bad boys on. I wore my simple every day socks and I was so damn impressed at how hot my feet actually were. I have no doubt these will keep my feet warm and dry when the temps drop even further. The winter traction is a little oversold as they do grip, better then the AriatsI just tried by far but still don't the full grab I'd like. Shingles or rough terrain I believe you'd grip well enough to walk a 12/12 honestly but I'd still be careful on a 3/12 metal roof with some light frost or pollen. Time will truly tell. Needs a little break in period is it fits very snugly around the ankles as I believe footwear should but you definitely have to loosen up some places just to get them on. Lastly the laces are seeminly thin as previous reviewers have expressed but they feel as though they are tougher then meets the eye as I already put them through some testing. Overall 9.5/10 for a winter boot

Good fitting boot
The boot is very comfortable and I was able to wear them all day right out of the box without my feet hurting and I walk a lot usually over 4000 steps a day and frequently over 5000. The problem I have with the boots are the lasing eyelets. The four at the bottom are fine (normal), the fifth one is a locking device and is a problem (not to mention is sticks out and catches on things), the next two, the fifth and sixth from the bottom are "D" rings and are also a problem as the strings have to be pulled through each of them individually because they pinch the string under them. I have only one eye which means no depth perception so it is very difficult to tell which string is which. The top two sets of lacing hooks are great and the three sets below them need to be the same as the top two. The boots are fine, but lacing them up is very time consuming. Maybe the boots are fine for someone who can see, but it seems over designed to have four different types of eyelets on the same boot.

I don't normally leave reviews however...
These boots are the most comfortable, durable boots I've ever purchased. This is my second pair. I work in a freezer warehouse, 12 hours shifts and my first pair lasted 2 years. They have kept my feet warm and dry and forgetting that I'm walking/standing on frozen concrete floors. I highly recommend this boot for outdoor cold weather winter boots or like myself if you work in cold storage warehouse condions. They are a bit bulky but they are solid boots. Feet feel firmly, yet comfortably planted. They also look great, I have received several compliments on my boots people asking what they are and ect.. they are on the expensive side yes I admitt that but to me it's worth it and any other boot is just sub par. This is a PROPER pair of boots

Carhartt Mens boot best so far
I needed a really good pair of boots for work and theses have exceeded my expectations. Warm and dry feet . I had to get a long shoe horn to get them on because of the lace locks. I'm wearing them everyday at work.

Well they are not cheap, but they are not crap either. These boots look like they will last five years of non-stop use, they might not but they at least might stand a chance. They are wide, I have small feet but didn't find my feet got lost in the interior. I wanted a boot for motorcycling that didn"t look like motorcycling boots, I wanted walmth and waterproofing and they don't let you down, they might even be too hot for summer use, but as any motorcyclist will tell you, you dont stay too hot on a motorcycle for long. Very satisfactory so far.
