Way better than the electrolyte drink mixes! To me, these still have that salty taste, but it's tolerable. I've tried and liked both the berry and watermelon flavors. Great to use while traveling, after working out, and to speed recovery of a migraine attack.

Wife and I play roller derby and always use these on hot days or for endurance practices. Lemon-like flavor is best. Couldnt handle the fake watermelon taste.

My granddaughter is a high school athlete and sweats like crazy during events, so these are perfect for electrolyte and salt replacement. Have these on a regular shipment to her as she loves the flavors and easy to pop in the mouth during sets.

Watermelon flavor- I should preface by saying I love this product the mixed berry is so so so good even my little kids eat them. But the watermelon flavor is not great. Even in the bottle it smells so funky… I don’t even know how to describe the flavor but it’s like mostly salt hint of something sweet could just be us but I would skip watermelon and ge mixed berry or peach. The product works AMAZING…my kids play so much softball in the az heat and these perk them up instantly.

I did a 6 mile trek in the warm summer AZ sun over a month ago without these and only used liquid electrolytes instead. I was having to stop and use the bathroom repeatedly and I felt like I wasn't getting enough Lytes in all that water. I got overheated and that put me out for a few days. I knew I'd be making the trek again soon so I did some research and that's when I discovered these gems. They made the same hike a breeze! I love the flavor and they work really well to keep me feeling hydrated. I paired them with Diabetic Glucose Tablets from the local pharmacy since I found that eating dehydrated fruit for my glucose had me feeling bloated and gave me a side cramp. With the pair of chewable tablets, I was literally unstoppable! It's the next best thing compared to mainlining Lytes and Sugar! I was also considering getting caffeine tablets but opted for a water-dissolvable, flavored tablet with it in there, also from my local pharmacy.

These are my go to for EVERY run! I love a lot of the flavors but Watermelon is my go to. I always have it in my house, in my car, in my purse. You will find it everywhere so when I need it I always have access to it.

Maybe its just me but I don't like the taste of these or the chalky feeling. However, also please note the STEVIA in them :(. Additionally, this kind of item is not returnable so make sure you like this kind of taste :).

The taste is not my favorite but very tolerable and not too bad after a couple times. Gonna try new flavors for sure! I have pots and these are probobly the most helpful for hydration I have found so far. they help when I’m dizzy and I can actually feel the difference!

Great to help when out in the heat and or active for a long time. Taste fruity and not too salty.

Very effective and easy to take just crunch them. Can now get them in different flavours and enjoyed the flavour.

My daughter buys these often for POTS syndrome. They're quicker and easier than having to make an electrolyte drink so very convenient. They are slightly salty but the watermelon masks that. My only gripe is they're so expensive when needed every day.
