Great exercise cards
My sister thinks these are really good. Making her exercise more and using the ideas with school class. They don’t look much to me but she said they are worth the money

Very useful and great value
I find them very helpful as a beginner and like that the cards have the scope for more advanced workouts too. I also like the fact that the QR code on each card takes you to a YouTube video of the exercise.

I can't 'WEIGHT' to get started
These arrived in record time. I have dumbells at home but didn't want to follow the usual DVD or televised workout instructors, I would rather listen to my own music and work the muscle groups of my choice ... Enter the "Stack 52" exercise playing cards. They offer a variety of inclusive workout options for all levels are beautifully designed, portable and informative. I wish they were a tad bit bigger, but would highly recommend for anyone who wants a varied workout. Well worth the money and already on my Christmas list for the gym enthusiasts I know!

Why Didn't Someone Think Of This Before
Why didn't someone think of this before. So easy to use. No flicking through a book looking for exercises to do. Take out your cards. Pick out what you want to do or shuffle the pack and let chance decide.If you are unsure on how to complete the exercises, then scan the bar code on the card and it takes you to a video that shows you how to do the exercise. Highly recommended. Good quality cards in a protective box. The only gripe I have is, I cant find any protective covers that will fit the cards .
