Nice unit and very quiet.

Fast and just works
I got this to manage all the extra ethernet connections in my house and it does it very well. I lost no speed going through the switch and got to crazy speeds. And, it has Poe+ so I was able to connect my Ubiquiti APs directly with no injector.

A bit loud, but very easy setup and use
Ordered the Netgear 24 port PoE+ (GA324P) to run the LAN setup in our new build house. I had no experience in setting up a LAN, or anything that went with it. This device made the whole thing as easy as breathing. Truly a plug and play. I just plugged all the wires into the device and it did the rest. We are very happy with the performance.On the down side, the device is a bit loud. Thankfully, I wired everything to go into a closet in the laundry room so we don't ever hear it, except when doing laundry.Very happy overall.

Great POE switch for the price
This has been a great switch for the price. It really works well for all my Ring POE cameras.

Rack mounting brackets missing
The product is working perfect, however I did not receive the rack mounting brackets in the box..

Pro-Grade switch for the serious home network executive
Excellent switch for the small business and pro home user. To minimize the fan noise make sure you have lots of airspace around the switch and is not exposed to a heated area.

Easy setup, comes with hardware. It just works!
I purchased the "24 port | 16xPoE+ 190W" version of this switch. The box included the power cable, which is a standard NEMA 5-15 (US wall plug) to IEC 320 C14, as well hardware for desktop use and rack mounting. This is an unmanaged switch, so setup was as easy as mounting it to my rack and plugging it in- no software config required!Outlets 1-16 have POE+, and the remainder are regular network (just E, if you will). So far, all of my POE devices save one (which was a cheap piece of junk) worked correctly after they were hooked up.Overall, I've had a solid first impression, and I expect this switch will continue to work without many issues for a long time.
