Shredded Memory Foam Pillows for Sleeping Cooling Bamboo Pillows Queen

I bought one of these shredded memory foam pillows a few years ago and wanted to wait to see the long term durability of this type of pillow. Well I finally decided to buy another one and this one is better than the first one I bought. This pillow is very resilient, super soft, and doesn't get hot overnight. I am a hot sleeper so I need bedding that doesn't hold body heat in and this pillow helps me sleep through the night without waking up overheated. There is plenty of material inside to fluff the pillow up for all types of sleep positions. If it's too much for your personal sleep style, just empty some out; really not that complicated. The pillow arrives in its own washable pillowcase that's 60% polyester, 40% viscose fiber (via bamboo). When you do wash it, remember to NOT use fabric softener as this will inhibit the cooling aspect of the pillow.

I just got this pillow and I have to say I LOVE IT. I'm normally very picky with new pillows because I don't like hard or high & fluffy pillows, so I chose this one since it can be adjusted.The instructions say to take out of package and let sit for a while so filling can expand. Then to put in the dryer for 10 min on low. When it came out of the dryer it was sooooo big. So I took quite a substantial amount of filling out and now it is absolutely perfect and very comfy and just the way I like it. I think this pillow would please anyone since it can be adjusted to the individual comfort. Would definitely buy again.

This is the second pillow I've bought. I really like the first one which is what prompted me to buy another after some time had passed. This 2nd pillow is different. It's as if there isn't enough fill inside the pillow case or the pillow case is too big and the fill just spreads out and leaves the pillow flatter than the other pillow.It took more than 24 hours for the pillow to "plump up". It was so flat that I wondered if I'd bought the wrong one. If I look at both pillows they are comparatively different. One definitely has more fill and is more supportive. Also, these are not cooling pillows as the manufacturer claims. It's a comfortable pillow but doesn't offer as much support as the first one I bought. So, I'm not sure what the issue is.

Initially I was intrigued by the memory foam stuffing, but it was very firm. However, I loved the fact that the pillow had a zipper and I took some of the stuffing out to fit my preferences.

I love a firm pillow that doesn’t have my neck at a 90 degree angle. I really like this pillow because it’s firm but comfy. I wish it were a little firmer (denser may be the word actually). But of all the pillows I’ve tried recently (4+) this is the best. I’m not immediately looking to buy a new one which is a good sign in my book. I’ve become a pillow snob lately so I’m happy to have liked this one!It did have a bit of a chemical smell on day one but it wasn’t overwhelming just noticeable at first.

I have always used very cheap pillows with not much thought about them until I recently started having a recurring pain in my right shoulder. I decided to try a pillow upgrade and purchased this one. After two nights my pain is gone and I can say this pillow does a very good job of supporting your neck and back. I am able to sleep for longer periods of time without waking up and turning over to a different side. Overall I would say this pillow is worth the purchase for not much money and a great improvement in your quality of sleep.

I have purchased many pillows, looking for the right one. This one is by far my favorite and I highly recommend. It is shredded foam but doesn't feel at all lumpy like some others. It holds shape very well and is perfect amount of moldable squish for both side and back sleeping. Pillow is not hot and it has a good quality cover. I have slept much better on this pillow than any other I have tried. Two thumbs up!

I was in search of a pillow that was similar to the famous 'My Pillow' but thicker and stronger. I found the 'My Pillow' weak and too thin. THIS pillow is the perfect upgrade. It's the same concept of shredded foam pieces but this pillow is way better quality and its perfect. You can shape it any way you want by punching it, fluffing it or washing it. The outer material is clearly of high quality and is soft and durable.

A great pillow. It improved my sleep quality alot. Deeper better sleep.The support is fantastic and I feel huge pain relief. For the price it's a must buy. It's not firm nor to soft. It's a well rounded pillow.

UPDATE Sep 21: I still love this pillow, it's comfortable and so far only requires minimal beating up to retain it's shape - by now I'd have killed any normal pillow to the point where two will fit inside a standard pillow case, so it's also tough! Cool and comfortable to sleep on, I get minimal night sweats.My only gripe is obtaining more filling, which is promised free upon request from the manufacturer. I have tried numerous time only to be told "It's the shipping company, we'll send another pack." I have no idea it it really is the shipping company or not, but I have never received my filling, so the pillow - whilst one of the most comfortable I have used, is not quite 100%.I'd buy more, but definitely not waste my time asking for more filling again.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Arrived on time, flat packed and rolled up. After opening it needed some encouragement to start expanding then took around 30 mins to fill out. A bit more encouragement and I had a pillow that looked like it was advertised.Not quite as firm as I expected, the pillow was surprisingly supportive and amazingly comfortable. Would I add more filling? Probably but there's no immediate rush.With new pillows I would expect maybe a week of adjustment and a stiff neck, with this one I was out like a light and woke having slept like a log with no discomfort.I bought this to help alleviate the pain from arthritic cervical vertebra and collapsed discs. I am nowhere near to feeling even remotely disappointed. More will be purchased in the near future.

I have yet to find a comfortable setting. I took out stuffing after finding that it was too hard for my neck. I took out a shopping bag full of stuffing and found it too loose and non supportive. I will keep trying to find the right combination. At present, I am experiencing buyer's remorse.

This pillow marks the end of my search for decent sleep. It is perfect for me. I took a few handfuls of stuffing out after the first night and it is now the ideal height and firmness to support my neck. It is cool, which is necessary with my sweaty bonce and so comfortable. I drop off quite quickly now without having to plump or flip over to get a cool bit. I can take the cover off to wash as well as the inner.
