For the past 4 to 5mths I had sustained pain in my bottom left foot heel when I got home from the office. No injury caused it just appeared. These silicone heel protectors really do work their good quality, wearing them I feel no pain, I'm really pleased with them, glad I purchased them such a relief. Walk around without them on and my foot heel hurts. So.

So far has really helped my heel not so painful

These are ‘one size fits all’ but I found that they are slightly large on my women’s size 6 UK feet & it is difficult to get socks on over them.Once the wrinkles are smoothed out they are comfortable to wear but didn’t help with the pain I had which is located at the back of my heel.

I never wear my boots or Doc's without these, no more pain/blisters, buy two packs, a pair will last a couple months with frequent use but splits after a while

Do not buy these heel cups, they are useless. They will automatically roll over to ankle. Do not get deceived by seller showing the cups on beautiful lady legs. It is sham.Once they kept on rolling over to ankle as was written on their packaging that we will do everything to help you, so if you have any problem please write to us. This was also a lie, once I wrote to to them, they very briefly suggested to wear socks, first I asked I have constant pain in heels, who can I wear socks 24//7? I received no reply, they knew the problem with their heel cups.Anyway for going to walk in morning , I tried to wear socks while wearing heel cups, what happened was worst, the socks roll them over to more than ankle. Since then, they are lying without any use. Please give the money to some charity not to this seller, who has tried to make cups with minimum gel or whatever the material in order to safe money but wasting money of customer.

I dont give many reviews, but I have to say these work. Bit fiddley to put on but they did stay in place on my feet, and I walk 7 miles every day. No blisters for me

Would have been perfect but they’ve all split after wearing them 😭 apart from that they were comfortable but I don’t think I will buy them again

According to Internet research, I have what is known as a Haglund's deformity. It is a boney offshoot to the side of my Achilles that is a blister factory. I normally buy loose fitting shoes and don't have a problem, but for hiking and backpacking that is not an option. Hills force my heel against the boot and form blisters almost immediately. I tried some of the expensive teflon inserts that stick to the back of my boots. That worked at first, but by the end of my first hike with that, my deformity had worn through the patch (the blue was worn down to white indicating it was time to replace it). That wasn't going to be an economical long term option.So I decided to try these. This set had the best pricing. The silicone is a bit sticky and super stretchy. Once you get it on, it is a bit squishy but doesn't feel bad. I wore these under my socks and just recently completed a 3 day backpacking trip with them and had absolutely no problems or blisters. For the most part they disappeared and I didn't even remember I had them on. If I thought about it, I could feel the squishy cushioning on my heel, but it wasn't unpleasant. My socks were a synthetic wool-type material and my boots gore-tex. Sweat buildup was no different from when I was not wearing these cushions. The silicone against my skin didn't seem to trap in water.Cleaning was easy- I just rinsed with water and they were ready to go for next time. I didn't notice any observable wear and tear on them after one trip, so they seem to have a pretty good life.All in all, 5 stars from me and I can definitely recommend them.

They did help my cracked feet and made my so soft I am a size 6 shoes . They would be better if they were smaller for me but I got these ones because fir my hubby too , he thought they moved on him but said they would be ok if he wore them to bed . They never moved on me but women are more gentle on things I would say . And if walking around I would recommend wearing sleeper when walking . Just listen to your feet and balance
