I had bought this as a school bag for my son , but I found that the front zip gave away only 1 week after usage. The other 2 zips are ok, but I would have expected a little more sturdiness. Would not recommend for heavy usage. Otherwise, I think the bag is pretty decent

Very poor quality bag. My child started using the bag 15th June onwards and the stitch gave up within 3 days. But as return window had closed, i could not return. 1 year Warranty card came along with the bag. But there is no option to claim warranty. To summarise, Amazon not give so good a shopping experience.

There is no bad reviews of this lovely product and main important thing is value for money one bad thing is there is no free key chain for the bag but okay we will buy it's best bag I ever buy simply superb ❤️❤️❤️
