Quite sturdy, it works by plugging it into the console. When you're using the console you just press the on bottom and it's helps cool down the PS4. I wanted something to create more space on my desk and that has definitely helped do exactly that. The charging points fit regular PS4 dualshock remotes perfectly on the side. Would definitely recommend. Very safe to use aswell.

Holds ps4 perfectly so theres no worry about it falling over and the fan is not loud at all. Just a bit too plasticky

As a frustrated Owner of the limited edition silver slim ps4 my only options are black or white when it comes to a stand obviously white looking just a bit better with my console . The stand is pretty sturdy for the price and the fans actually do have enough power to at least send a bit of cold air into the system so far so good now for the bit I didn't like and that is the silly little adapters that you have to fit to your controllers to charge them . You get 2 of these and nobody seems to sell them separately so if you lose one you can't charge your controller meaning you have to buy a whole new stand or use the USB on the front with a cable again that's pointless as I can do that without the stand .but overall a good stand well worth the price just wish they had kept the charging solution a bit more simple .

I bought this hoping to save some desk space and keep my PS4 Slim running smooth, but it’s been nothing but a headache. Here is why you should skip this one: • Weak Fans: The "cooling fans" are tiny and incredibly loud. They sound like a miniature jet engine taking off, yet they barely move any air. If anything, they just seem to blow dust into the console. • Poor Charging Connection: Getting the controllers to actually sit on the charging pins is a nightmare. You have to wiggle them around for five minutes just to get the charging light to turn on, and if you breathe on them wrong, they disconnect. • Cheap Build Quality: The whole thing is made of very flimsy, lightweight plastic. When the PS4 is vertical in this stand, it feels incredibly top-heavy and unstable. I’m constantly worried a slight bump to my desk will send the whole setup crashing down. • USB Ports are Worthless: The three USB ports on the front don’t provide enough power to actually charge a phone or run an external drive properly. They are basically just for show. Bottom line: Save your money. This is a cheap piece of plastic that adds noise without adding any real utility. It’s better to just leave your console horizontal on a flat surface.
