I bought these for my own use to give me a little pick me up only been taking them a couple of weeks so don’t feel any different yet.They are easy to swallow and there is no taste as such.

Although not offering premium levels of Omega 3 nutrients, the total daily combination in these softgels is 300mg (DHA + EPA). This places them in the middle ground for the recommended daily amount (between 250-500mg depending on whose research you look at - more if you have a health condition).I'm delighted to get a year's supply in one tub, with each softgel delivering an acceptable dosage of Omega 3. Although large, they are easily swallowed and produce no foul odours during the day.The softgels are manufactured in the UK and the business does have a website with further details on their approach to wellbeing - however I could find no details on using sustainable sources or how the Omega 3 is provided. These are important facts for some buyers!
