Bob's Red Mill Unprocessed Wheat Bran - 8 oz - 3 pk

I am using Bob's Red Mill Wheat Bran to make bran muffins. I hadn't made them for years after a previous brand of wheat bran became unavailable. I add raisins and a couple diced granny smith apples. They freeze nicely and make a delicious and nutritious snack when warmed up a bit. And because they're made from scratch I know exactly what is in them.

I was very grateful I could find this product online. Found it a little bit pricey. And used it for Health bran muffins.

Yes, a cure for constipation. I've tried just about every "cure" for constipation over the past 50 years. An article reviewed a suggestion from the Cleveland Clinic (famed hospital in Cleveland Ohio).Mix one cup unprocessed Wheat Bran, one cup unsweetened applesauce, and 3/4 cup of real (not diet) prune juice.Stir thoroughly and keep refrigerated.Take TWO tablespoons early in the morning. I also repeat this mid-afternoon. Results are unbelievable.This unprocessed wheat bran is terrific - the only one I use. One caveat, it is a coarse. Be sure to rinse first and brush your teeth after eating this mixture.

I make my own breakfast bread. I like the texture Bob's bran gives my bread. I combine it with chopped nuts, honey, sometimes granola, chia seeds, chocolate chips, oatmeal, blueberries, etc. They price is awesome too.

This stuff does exactly what is supposed to do, it aids in digestion and bowel movement. Great stuff.

This is an easy way to bake fiber into all of your bake goods.Wonderful and oatmeal and cereal’s also!

Thank You! I am enjoying my bran muffins, and my blueberry bran muffins. I was glad to see the size of the bags, they work well for my smaller batches of baking. This product has plenty of flavor. I am glad to have purchased it.
