Grear that they are suitable for vegans as its so annoying to find a vegan product in a bovine capsule and easy to swallow. It's a natural product and useful for all sorts of things to mood, menopause and energy .. all of which I take it for and do believe its offered some help especially with the dreaded 'M' word!!! I've previously taken a different brand which has a higher amount for only a few pound more so even though this is a reasonable price I will probably stick with the 4000mg ones.I hope you found this helpful. I think Maca might well be this year's placebo of choice, it's difficult to say for sure it does anything specific for you but on the other hand I seem to have a bit more oomph since starting taking them so who knows? If it's a placebo then it's working for me and I don't want to run out of them just yet and this pack of 180 capsules from EVO Nutrition is affordable enough that I don't have to. They suggest just one a day but I've already been taking a higher daily dose than this for a while so I double-up to two, taken at either end of the day.So far no side-effects and just an mild (probably psychosomatic) increase in (somewhat libidinous) energy, which seems like no bad thing. The capsules are moderately sized and easy enough to swallow, though I always take them with food or a drink. I get no side-effects like upset stomachs or unusually fragranced burping. The quality here seems fine, though no better or worse than other Maca supplements I've tried and the price is competitive, especially if you stick with one-a-day. Worth a try if your current placebo isn't working for you!

Bottle comes sealed, which is always a plus.The capsules are of a size that are easy to swallow.Been taking for a couple of weeks now, and I have noticed a rise in my energy levels, I was getting a bit lethargic, and now my get up and go has returned.A good price at £8 at the moment, and for 6 months worth, that’s a bargain.

My husband takes it every day after his training. He is always on diet, so these helps him with vitamins. Easy to swallow. Doesn’t taste anything. Great supply. Good packaging.

My wife uses these in conjunction with Ashwangandha and it seems to help with tiredness. It's a good, solid dose too with very little filler so the quality is excellent. Quite chunky beasts but easy enough to swallow.

These may help in a variety of ways or they may not.The bottle contains no information as to the nutritional content of maca root. As such I would query why you would take these.Easy to swallow.

These vegan friendly supplements are produced in the UK so have had to pass high standards of quality control. They are rich in vitamins B, C and E and are a source of calcium, iron, zinc and magnesium.I agree with the products description these are easy to swallow and with 6 months worth for less than £8 are well worth the chance if you are looking at them.What is disappointing is there is no mention if what these supplements claim to do for you but I have noticed, like many others an increase in energy however is did take about 6 weeks to notice this.There is also claims that maca can reduce mood swings and low mood however I have not noticed a change in these behaviours for me.I hope you found this review helpful
