I am a former user of Elemis gel for relief of pain from muscle strain and arthritis. This is my second bottle of Muscle Relief essential oil and I won't go back to Elemis. I shared half of the first bottle with my 89 year-old mother. This solution really works. Immediately!

I actually use this on my arthritic shoulders. I prefer it over creams and liniment gels. I came across this while browsing for non medicine pain relief and bought a large bottle of it. It has a pleasant scent and I didn't have to dilute it a lot. I massaged it into my aching shoulders and feel the pain recede as the oil is absorbed. I'd recommend this for achy muscles and joints

This is not muscle relief, smells exactly like citronella. Does not contain ingredients on bottle.
