I used this shampoo the same day it was delivered, and btw, I recieved it very well packaged and the bottle was shrink wrapped.The consistency isn't thin, which I liked. And the fragrance isn't unpleasant and very light. My only concern was that I wasn't able to develop any lather. I massaged my scalp well and kept adding water, then some more product, but no lather was formed. I have waist length hair, and I continued to rub both hand over the length of the hair, then piled it on the top of my head. I left it alone for 2 minutes and then washed it off. I air dry my hair for a bit before I use a blow dryer. Imagine my surprise when I saw very clean and shiny hair with some bounce to it! I didn't expect it but I was blown away. My scalp was itch free and felt very clean. This shampoo is for keeps!

I had an infection on the side of my head of which lead me to have a bald spot after it healed. Using shampoo after shampoo made things worse for me. On top of which I am also on hormone treatment, it has been making alot of things difficult. I saw the review of this shampoo and decided to give it ago. So glad I did the itchness is gone and baby hairs have started showing up my hair loss has stopped. I have no more in my comb, I could seriously cry. This product feels great it starts bubbling once on my head letting me know that its working and lathing it unlike many other soaps that just give you a little left on hand omg hand full of bubbly soap. I am sticking to this shampoo I am officialy in love with a product thank you so much!!

I’ve used this product for about a week. Pleasant smell and rinses easy. Has a very thin consistency and does not lather well. It does not leave my hair feeling particularly smooth or clean. I am used to using Pantene and the like which tend to have a thick consistency, tons of lather and leaves my hair feeling smooth. Perhaps it’s the characteristics and ingredients of this product that make it better than what I prefer to use? I’m not a shampoo expert, I just know what I like.

My husband likes to use my shampoo and I told him to stay out of mine and use his own. He stated that he used to use a tea tree shampoo that he loved and said I should find him some and he would stay out of mine. While looking for him some I came across this one. When it arrived I opened the package and set the bottle on the counter to take upstairs. My husband saw it and got excited about it and grabbed it and went and took his shower and used this shampoo. He said he liked it except it didn't give the tingling cool sensation he had experienced with the other shampoo he used to use. I used it as well and my only complaint is that it didn't really lather that much. I know we're conditioned to think that shampoo has to lather to work, but it doesn't! I love the fact that the shampoo is made with all natural ingredients and isn't laced with a bunch of chemicals. It left my hair feeling clean as if the shampoo removed product build up. We are both pleased with the shampoo and mainly he continues to use it since I bought it for him.

I was looking forward to trying out this shampoo just from the ingredients list alone. I have long thick hair with a history of dandruff so tea tree oil was a perfect ingredient for my hair. I found the consistency of the product a little more liquid than I would like and I needed a lot of it to saturate my hair. Once I got the lather going, it was spectacular. It smells awesome and it cleaned my hair really well. I found my hair much softer than usual (I have processed hair) and it lasted for several days. It definitely left my hair cleaner for more days than when I use regular shampoo. I definitely recommend this product and I would purchase this again!

I've just started using M3 Tea Tree shampoo after using Paul Mitchel for years. I was enticed to make the purchase by their reviews and a BOGO offer. When I tried to get the free bottle I was led through a 3 step process that included posting a review and then sending a screenshot of that post. When they finally released a code to "purchase" the free bottle on Amazon, then only offered a woman's hair growth shampoo.Now that I'm using the product, I'd only ever get another bottle if it were free. It does have a surfactant that cleans the hair, but it isn't a typical shampoo formulation. It doesn't lather or provide any foam, and it isn't slippery to the touch. I need to use 3 full pumps to wash my hair and it still doesn't feel soapy while washing. Used Paul Mitchel Tea Tree shampoo I only needed half a pump to wash my hair. Any difference in price was completely lost because I need to use so much more with M3.Between the difficultly and feeling deceived by the company and the poor experience with the product, I wouldn't recommend anything from this brand.

I have beautiful dense, black (maybe a few silvers) hair and seasonal dry scalp to boot. Do not immediately mistake flakes for dandruff. Dandruff is due to excessive oil buildup and presents as “clumping” of shed skin cells - hair will be flat and nappy with oily clumps at its base.Dry scalp will be tiny loose white flakes. It’s infuriating. No matter how thorough you are in washing and conditioning, they’ll still appear within moments out of the shower.Tried many things: aloe treatments, leave ins, and Shea Moisture active charcoal conditioner (this stuff is actually really great to use AFTER using the M3).Day 1 using, difference was immediate. Super clean and natural feel.I’m beautiful again.

Bought as an alternative based on claims it helps thinning hair. No new growth with this and no slow down to hair loss. No tingling like a normal tea tree shampoo. Still needed conditioner unlike the claims - made my hair a tangled mess. As for the consistency, I did get a larger. Best applied by pouring into the cap then pouring across hair. Didn’t meet my needs bc I bought based on claims it helps with hair loss / density / thinning. Used for 6 weeks.
