More exciting viewing days to come!
This little guy works great so far! Just took it out of the box and it's amazing how small it is. It comes with a carrying case, power adapter, remote and HDMI cable. The power adapter has a short cable, so be prepared to use an extension cord if there's no outlet near where you want to position this thing. The HDMI cable is also fairly short -- but you might not even need to use it.We plugged the projector in and turned it on, and it worked so well. The directions provided are pretty basic, but enough to get started. Once we focused it on the wall, we were able to move the device back to create a larger image and still easily get that in focus, too, unlike other projectors I've owned. We finally settled on the projector 10 feet from the wall, creating an image approx. 42" X 84". The menu screen that comes up looks like a basic PC computer or Android device. We used the remote to get onto our WiFi, but the remote was SUPER hard to use, so as soon as possible we used an app to turn my Android phone into a Bluetooth keyboard and did the rest of our setups that way. This device had a good reputation, and in the first few hours of using it, it's living up to that reputation. We're excited to play with it some more.

Depends on what you need it for; I'm an artist.
Everyone says this is super easy to connect & setup...mine could be broken as that has NOT been my experience. I'm technically savvy, I can root cell phones in Terminal, flash Android ROMs, I can certainly handle setting up a projector and this took me FOREVER to figure out.My Android LG cellphone didn't recognize this for screen sharing. It simply doesn't show up when I scan, regardless of how close I am to the projector, so that means I have to use Wifi...which is usually a pretty fickle way to screen share, this one is even worse. VERY difficult to get a dependable connection...have to have a strong wifi signal...have to download and use secondary apps, etc. I didn't even try to hardwire HDMI because I need to mirror my cellphone to it, seamlessly. Mine could be broken but it simply was way too time consuming, way too fickle, way too unstable, and I simply need something more dependable. If you will be hardwiring this to a laptop or PC....you are golden. You can't get better picture, brightness, size or features at this price range. So if you don't care about mirroring your device...this a quality DLP pico projector. If you want a truly wireless experience or need this for artwork or baking.... Get something else. I'm spending some extra cash and getting something more dependable

Good for its price
One thing to note: This projector is for use only when it's dark. I plan on using it for car camping where everything is pitch dark, so its 100 lumens is not too big a problem, although I still wish it to be brighter. But given its low price, no complaints here. (Some review videos on YouTube tend to exaggerate its picture quality a little too much.)The second problem is its touchpad. Having a touchpad on the top of the box is a nice touch. But fortunately, it doesn't work that great. For some weird reason, it often backs out from the screen I'm working on as if I accidentally touched the Back button. It took me many tries to just enter a username and password. In the end, I had to use a Bluetooth mouse to finish the setup.(If you wonder why I don't use its included remote. Well, because it doesn't work in all cases. You see, for remotes of this type to work, the apps must support the concept of "focus" -- where the click of the buttons should be sent to. Unfortunately, some apps don't support focus at all, like YouTube, or some don't support focus in all places, like Netflix. So you can't use the remote to achieve everything you want to do. Another alternative is by enabling the Mouse Mode from the Settings menu.)It doesn't have auto focus or auto keystone. The built-in speaker isn't good for anything, even when used inside my car, its volumn is still too soft and the sound quality is bad. So, budget yourself an external speaker; this is a must, not a nice-to-have.The main application for me is I can download Netflix videos at home before going on a camping trip, where there usually is no service. But it turned out that the Netflix app downloaded through the projector's App Center doesn't support downloading! I found another Netflix apk from Internet, but it says it's not compatible with this device. Well, although I can download and play Netflix videos on my cell phone and then mirror it to the projector, but I don't like this way. So watching Netflix videos when offline is totally out of the question.Fortunately, I can download Amazon Prime Video app from Play Store. This app allows downloading and watching videos when it's offline. So I'll stick with Prime videos from now on. Although this app crashed a few times on the projector.

Great little projector
This is a great projector. It has minor issues that are software related. But I have a Amazon stick to handle those issues of watching movies on it. I use it for displaying music for church functions. Also to do displays for small classes. The mirroring I use is with the Amazon stick a lot easier. The copyright law plays havoc to cast content on to the projector so use ether chromecast tv adapter or Amazon stick as a work around.
