Accurate and easy to use
I’ve been using the TC Electronic POLYTUNE CLIP clip-on tuner and it works flawlessly. It’s very accurate, locks on quickly, and makes tuning fast and hassle-free. The display is bright and easy to read, even in low-light settings. I like how solid it feels once clipped on, and the polyphonic mode is a nice bonus when you want to check tuning quickly. Battery life has been great so far, and it’s small enough to keep on the instrument without getting in the way. If you want a reliable, high-quality clip-on tuner that’s quick and precise, this one is excellent.

Slickest tuner ever!
I've only owned Snark & the knockoff electronic tuners, which are very useful & economical. But when playing with my friends who use Petersen tuners, I wasn't able to tune to the same accuracy as them. Then I discovered this tuner, which can show the tuning status of all 6 strings simultaneously! This may seem like a gimmick at first, but allows you to strum all strings at once & QUICKLY see if any are out of tune. This tuner also responds faster than others I've used, so I can tune quicker. The display is very bright & easy to read, and I have not experienced any glitches or inaccuracies with it yet, unlike my cheapie tuners.

Best tuner — you need this.
Brightest. Tightest. This is the best tuner you can buy right now. I'm buying 2 more. Great seller. At first, when I first got it I thought it didn't work but it was MY mistake. The thing's perfect and has ruined me for other tuners. They make perfect gifts for guitarists. I haven't been paid for this gushing review — I'm just in love!

This is a nice tuner.
I really like this tuner. The led display is very bright and highly visible. There seems to be ample space between the clamping jaws for thicker guitar headstocks. I am still running on the original battery after several months. This tuner is highly accurate and very responsive. My favorite part about the tuner is the metal clip. It is durable and will not break like the plastic clamps on other tuners I've used and had to throw away in the past. The simultaneous multi string tuning capability is a neat feature but I don't really know how to use it. I think the best feature of this tuner is the strobe tuning mode.

Very Accurate and Very Cool but could be improved a bit
The Good: First off, as a tuner this guy is very accurate, right on par with my Korg chromatic. The polytune feature is fantastic, you just strum evenly and you see the tunings on all strings and which ones need adjustment in an instant, I can't tell you how handy that is, where has this been all my life? The Meh: I only have a couple minor issues with the design, which I'm taking a star off for, but with some easy fixes this could be the best clip on tuner on the market. I like to suggest a fix when I complain about something so here we go: Issue #1 is the clip. It's metal with some rubber feet on it, kinda like the clip that holds your garage door opener on your sun visor in the car. Maybe I'm just paranoid but I worry about the pressure that metal clip exerts on the headstock and also that one of the feet will come off an I'll be gouging an expensive guitar with a bare metal clip. The Fix: Change the clip design to be softer, change the metal to some kind of plastic or rubber. Issue #2 is the button on the top. You use it to turn the tuner on and off and I can't feel it and it's all wobbly and awkward trying to push a button on top of a long skinny tuner at the end of your headstock. Just move the button to the side and make it more tactile. Overall: I really do like this tuner and it's probably going to be my main tuner at home, I'll buy one of the polyphonic pedal tuners for stage now that I know how awesome they are. Just fix the flaws on this clip-on and I'll buy another one, I promise!

Accurate, fun, and doesn't look like Rodan landed on your guitar's headstock.
This is my first clip-on tuner, and I think it's pretty great despite not having anything to compare it to. It seems to be every bit as accurate, quick and easy to use as my Polytune 2 pedal tuner (which I also really love). The polyphonic mode isn't as accurate as when you check each string individually (in fact, yes, the modes appear not to agree perfectly sometimes, as one guy who gave it two stars noted), but the polyphonic function gives you a quick and easy way to see if a string is so far out of tune that you should take the time to adjust it. One strum across all the strings and a quick glance is all it takes to see where things are at, and it's a super fast way to tune all your strings at once if you're in a hurry and don't want to tune each string one at a time to perfection (and if you do, then you may also suffer from OCD). Strobe mode is very accurate, but a little trippy to decipher until you get used to it, then it's very fast (also sort of space-age and fun). When deciding to purchase this I read some reviews that complained that they didn't like the clip, but I don't agree with them. It appears minimalist, functional, and robust. I'm not sure what those other folks expect. From an aesthetic design standpoint, this tuner is a lot less obtrusive and far more slick looking than the other options out there. One guy said he was afraid it could scratch his headstock, but I think you'd have to work at it pretty hard for that to happen. I also read some reviews that complained that the PolyTune Clip was a little fussy about where it's placed on the headstock in order to read all the strings. I found this to be somewhat true, but not an issue for me since it works great on the end of my Martin acoustic headstock, and in the middle of both my Fender Stratocaster headstocks (though not as well on the tip of the Stratocaster headstock where it's harder to see anyway). Others complained that since it doesn't swivel in all directions they didn't like it, but I've not really found that to be a problem for me since the best placements on my headstocks also happen to be in places and at an angle where it's easy to see. I also suspect that if it had another point to swivel from it may not be as accurate and sensitive as it is since more rotating parts means more places to negatively affect the vibrations it's trying to sense. In order to get the most out of it, you probably need to read the manual. I suspect some of the negative reviewers aren't big on doing that, and that's why they're happier with the less expensive clip-on tuners. Or maybe they just got a defective unit, who knows.

Me encanta.

Great product, if someone wants real qualitative tuner this is it. It's the apple of tuner. Tuners response is very quick, it immediately shows notes on display after plucking string. It is very accurate with strobe mode. Notes does not shake while tuning. Very accurate and firm reading. Low "B" string response is also awesome in bass mode. Very sturdy stainless steel clip. And bright LED display which helps tuning on stage very easy and visible. I got it from Alberto Music, packing was really good. Appreciate on it. It got deliver before it's cut off date. Tuner is also working great but I feel that I got the product which was already used before and repack it. It has scratch mark and some patches on it's screen guard. Which slightly made me disappointed. As far as product is working fine I am happy with that. Amazon should look in it and speak with Alberto music about product feedback. Pic is there for the ref.

extremely accurate, best of all tuners, works with acoustic and elecrtic guitars too as they live on the headstock and measure the frequency trought the vibration of the guitar body, works in noisy environment as well, compared to one of the best tuner the peterson plus hd C trackes exactly the same, but even easier to read as the Peterson keeps moving crazy making it harder to tune but this one doesnt jump as much, and the end result is as accurate as it could be, could be used for intonation adjusment for acoutic guitars but for this is bit annoying the it turns off after like a minute or two to save battery which will last 3 months if you are using it a lot daily, need CR2032 batteries, so if you are a luthier better to get a Peterson as they could be used from wired usb power and it can stay forever while this is battery only and headstock vibration only, Peterson is battery and usb powered and display can stay on, but for everyday use this is much more practical as you can just leave it on the headstock, i bought the Peterson as well but i will just keep Polytune and sell the Peterson.

Muy bueno, fácil de entonar la guitarra, y puedes hacer sonar todas las cuerdas y detecta si alguna está fuera de tono. Muy práctico y de buena calidad
