Rite Aid Niacin, 100mg - 100 Tablets | Vitamin B3 Supplement

I've ordered this item twice now as I'm instructed to take Niacin 3x a day so go through it rather quickly. The value for the money is awesome and the tablets are very small and easy to swallow. They shipped quickly. I will add that if you get a heat feeling and a bit itchy - it isn't an allergic reaction. It is called a "Niacin Flush" and is a good thing. It is a sign that toxins are being flushed from your body. Sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't.

Timely deivery anad arrived as ordered

I found 100mg to be a lot. It made me warm, hungry, and gave me some energy, too. I used to take 35mg a day in my B-Complex vitamin and that was probably a better amount for me. I've taken to cracking these in half before taking one. Those getting the 500mg ones, make sure you actually need that amount cause you'll feel it. This is a good product, works well, but when these are done I'll go back to the B-Complex; for me that's a better amount.

I'm not sure it is niacin because there is no flush with it as in the Solgar brand I usually buy.

Geese were having trouble with their legs and those who know said it could be a niacin deficiency. You actually sell 100 g and geese need 50-55, so could cut them in half and not overdose them

After a week of taking this medicine, I started to have horrible itching on my hands and feet, which spread to my chest and then arms and legs, and my face turned red. I had to take Benadryl to control the allergy.
