Too good to be true.
I was amazed by the number of accessories that comes with this product (especially for the price). Having set this camera up and testing it out for 10 minutes, I was automatically able to summarise its quality - or the lack of. I repeat, my iPod touch from 10 years ago does a better job.Pros:-Number of accessories-Led light bright and rechargeable-Clamp systems are easy to use and sturdy-You receive a memory card adapter, plug adapter, and all required accessoriesCon:-CAMERA QUALITY IS AWEFUL-The software is extremely slow and glitchy-The lens/caps fit very awkwardlyHonestly, do not get this.

LOW PRICE - LOW QUALITY. You get what you pay for!
It takes a lot of fathoming out as to the best way of achieving the video you want. ie., turning sound off you still get clicking whenever you zoom. The manual is not very helpful. It's lovely to have all the extra equipment if only it did what it says on the label. The extra lighting made very little difference, but the microphone was possibly the best piece of extra equipment as it dulled down extraneous surrounding noises. It takes ages to fathom out the uses of all the wiring and attachments.The most irritating is the shape of the attachment for the camera stand (see pictures) it's a great idea for easy & quick attaching/removing from the stand support, but it blocks the access to the card draw and therefore has to be removed every time you need to access the SD card.I’ll keep practising, but I really needed this for online teaching and time is of the essence. So may go back to using my iPhone.

Very disappointed
Present for my partner. He said the camera was very poor quality imagery and that he couldn’t do anything productive with it and put it to a side. Still new and in box too late to return. Will have to sell. Very disappointed

Brilliant camcorder
The media could not be loaded. Brilliant camera . I use it to film our precious moments with our grandchild. It's definitely not a wallet breaker but for the money you get an amazing product. Image stabilization is great as well as the quality of the video. Love the fact that it does a true 4k. Very nice and easy to use with great intuitive controls. Very recomended

Not worth the money
It’s not easy to use. I had trouble with the SD card I bought for it but works well with the SD card that comes with it. The SD card that comes with it does have a lot of memory.There are lots of accessories that come with it , which is good And another plus is it’s light weight but overall it wasn’t worth the money an I wish I got something else because sometimes the sound is distorted.

Not explained at all
he camera comes with many accessories which are functional. The accompanying manual is at best laughable and doesn't clearly explain many of the features trial and error is the only way to work things out.

Night vision very poor
Overall this camcorder is good and easy to use.But on the advert with the picturesnight shown for the night vision was good, unfortunately the quality is very poor, i do ghost investigations hense why I bought this, unless your in a concealed small room it's ok, but in woods larger rooms it's terrible.Can the seller help, or advise how to improve the night vision I.e better Infa red led lamp etc.Regards carl
