So far so good!
So far so good. It doesn’t flatten too badly, and the hole really helps if you suffer from hemmorhoids. Its pricey, but so far it’s been worth it. Shipping took approx a week.

Absolutely great cushion!
I absolutely love this cushion! It has helped me immensely and I can't say enough good about it. I've had it for a couple of months. At first it was a little unusual to get used to when using it in the car and sometimes I still have to adjust myself to fit into the leg indents properly - but it is so worth it! Sometimes, I even forget that I'm sitting on it. It has eased the points of pressure that I was having problems with. I have a crooked tailbone among other issues. First I ordered the other tailbone cushion from Aylio with the cutout - but, even though it was a great cushion I realized that it just wasn't quite right for me and that I would do better with a donut hole (for the other issue). I hadn't seen this other one before, but when I went online to return my original purchase, I found this one with the donut hole. I did have to pay some shipping to send the other one back, but it was worth it to get this one. I get a lot of back pain sitting at my computer and also in the car. This has helped that pain a lot and improved my condition quite a bit. It is a little pricey for a cushion, but I'm planning on buying another one to keep in my car. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that, though I would love to take it everywhere with me, it's an odd looking cushion and people ask questions that I find a little too personal to answer. I'm planning on sewing a cover for it with some material that stretches so, hopefully, I don't lose the benefit of the contours.

Quick Healing Cushion and extra boost benefit when arising from chair
This is the most comfortable and most attractive donut seat cushion I have seen on the market. As a nurse, it worked exceptionally well at healing a small bed sore on an elderly patient. In fact, nothing worked until the pressure was totally taken off the affected buttock area. The patient loves it and uses it all day when sitting in her easy chair. Another added benefit, the extra firm cushion gives her an extra boost when getting out of her easy chair, making it easier to rise to standing position. The cushion and the fabric is high quality. I would buy this product again for other chair-bound patients at risk for bed sores..

Cushion pros and cons
I have a very sore tailbone due to illness, weight loss and muscle loss. This cushion has pros and cons. Pros = it is extremely well made and durable. The shape with the indentions is ideal. If a person using this is a man ,or perhaps a heavier person, this is a great cushion. Cons= this is made with an extremely stiff and firm memory foam. It feels hard and unyielding to sit on. It sits up high instead of sinking down comfortably. It creates some pressure on the legs and bottom and back because it doesnt have any give to it. It is the hardest memory foam I have ever tried. I, personally, wont be able to use it all of the time as I had hoped .

It's nice but for the price, the quality should be better.
I ordered this cushion because although I love using my stationary bike, there must be some type of unwritten rule that says the seats that come with them should be hard as a rock and cause pain after 30 minutes. Now granted, maybe the thousand dollar exercise bike have better seats but that is out of my price range so there's that.I tried finding a replacement seat for my Exerpeutic bike but the seat is very large and on a site where you can buy adapter kits is says "custom" next to my model so it seemed finding a replacement seat that is more comfortable was not happening. I removed the seat covering and changed the padding but it just wasn't quite right. If you suffere from hemorrhoids, this is not a good thing on a hard bike seat.A lightbulb went off in my head wondering if there was such a thing as a hemorrhoid cushion that was small enough to use on the bike and I came across a few here on Amazon. I'd rather pay more for a quality item than save money and regret the purchase shortly after due to quality issues so I went with this one. It hangs off the sides a bit but does work nicely. I wish it was a little bit deeper though. If the idea is to prevent your bum from getting squished by whatever you are sitting on, I can feel the surface under the pillow. It is not putting any pressure, but that I can feel it means to me that the depth of the cushion should be a bit larger.I thought the two cutouts at the front for your legs to go through would make this feel more like a bike seat and was looking forward to that. The thing is, I don't notice that they are there because once you are sitting on it, the foam compresses so much that the cushion flattens and the benefit of those cutouts disappears in the squished foam. All in all, it's decent. I like it. More importantly, I need it and don't have the time to order multiple items and return ones that are not good. This type of item was not something I could find locally so this was it. I am taking off one star because I think this item is seriously overpriced. Seriously, it's a piece of inexpensive foam cut into a circle. This is not something that costs a lot to produce. I expected a thicker cushion with foam with a better compression rate since the whole point of it is to keep your behind "in the air" due to hemorrhoids or to avoid sores if you are in a wheelchair or sit for long periods.
