I purchased this because I am obsessed with taking photos and I am always looking for a decent light source. This product met my needs and I am happy that I purchased it before the holidays so I can finally get photos of the family with good lighting. Packaging: The product comes in a normal amazon box and another product box enclosed. Take care while opening the box so you do not damage the product. Lights: The lights that this has on it are intense, but they are amazing for its compact size. They allow for easy adjustments with little to no effort. Battery: I have had no issues with battery life, the battery is easy to charge and it lasts all day for me. Heat: Due to this being a LED light the device can provide an incredible amount of light with no problems of overheating. Quality: The product is sturdy, and made well, the hand grips allow for an easy grip and it will connect to Bluetooth without an issue. Things to note: Follow the instructions when pulling it out of the box. Careful when changing the light covers and ensure that you do not damage the lights. If you do not have a tripod, I would suggest purchasing one because it will allow you to utilize this to its full potential. Allow the battery to fully charge prior to use and you should get plenty of time for photos. Overall, I am satisfied and think this was a fair cost for the product. I am rarely ever able to be in our family photos because I am usually the one taking the photos. Now, that problem is solved because I can use the Bluetooth and set up the lights and camera as needed and get a full family photo!

This ring light is amazing! The brightness is super powerful and easy to adjust, making it perfect for recording videos, photos, or doing makeup. The light quality is soft but bright, and it makes a huge difference in how professional my videos look. It’s sturdy, easy to set up, and the color temperature control works great. I love that it gives you that clean studio effect even at home. Definitely a must-have if you’re a content creator or do social media work! 🎥💫

Performance: Used it at a an outdoor graduation that took place in the evening. While other families struggled to get decent photos with just the flash from their camera phones, we THRIVED with this light and got great photos. I also use it for work as a makeup artist. I can get great videos while moving around my clients and not having shadows on their faces while recording (versus trying to get same video while using a stationary ring light). Battery: I can’t review on battery life. I don’t use it continuously. Size/Portability: Not bad. I can carry it in a tote bag and it’s super lightweight. Ease of use: pretty easy. Just turn on. I wish there was a way to use the built-in remote to snap pics so I can keep both hands on the handles, versus having to remove one hand in order to tap my phone to take the photo. I also wish the cell phone holder was wider to accommodate thicker phones (my phone has a case) to reduce the risk of the phone falling off.

Great! The image makes it seem a bit bigger than it is in reality. But it’s confortable to hold and the light is consistent and bright.

Works great with some modifications. I bought this to use in conjunction with my Samsung Galaxy S 24 Ultra. I take 4K video with my phone in dark buildings and it was a massive pain using the phone in one hand and a light in the other. This rig solves both problems. The plastic covers over the LED bars also help to prevent the LED flicker in my videos that I was getting with my flashlights. I do highly recommend buying additional batteries if you are going to use it for anything like me. The included battery is very small and you get no warning before the light goes out. I did have to modify it a bit though because of the size of my phone. The LED ring has the phone holder dead center which does not work with a large phone like a Samsung Galaxy Ultra as it presses the power button so I needed to make a custom mount. I bought a Arca Swiss Plate in combination with a Manfrotto Universal Smartphone Clamp to move the holder over to better suite my needs with a large phone. I have a pretty good video attached, it breaks everything down so be sure to watch that. The camera light is great, it’s very bright and the battery lasts a long time, it also only takes about an hour to charge it up. The light is adjustable to be dim to very bright, again check out the video to see it in action. Pros. 1. Mounts to any phone or camera. It will not Mount to a tablet. 2. Lighting is adjustable and it’s also a help for holding your video steady since you can grip with both hands. 3. It’s great for video, camera lights and flashes don’t really help so much on video, especially on cell phones since the flash won’t stay active on video. Cons: 1. Only comes with one battery even though it can use two. I think that’s a pretty cheap thing to do. It also makes the handheld slightly heavier on one side unless you buy another battery. I think it takes Sony batteries, so maybe that wouldn’t be an issue for everyone. Does not work with a Nikon battery. No real other cons.
