Don't trust Ice-o-matic
I ordered 2. I have 20 years experience in facilities maintenance. The first one installed simply, ran great. The second would not run at all. I called ice-o-matic and they sent the local dealer. He found a factory error in the machine. He was able to fix it but ice-o-matic would not honor the warranty because I had installed it. Cost the company $237.50. POOR WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Their assembly error is my cost. BEWARE!

Best most reliable ice machine I’ve owned.
I have had this machine for YEARS and it has yet gave me one issue. I live in Orange Beach where the salt air is thick and the summers are hot as Satan’s butt crack and this machine has never let me down. Keep in mind (like any machine owner should) I have a filtration system and perform regular maintenance. Most folks that complain are the same folks that do not maintain much less have a filtration systems. Those two things are detrimental in the life of ANY ice machine. For me, this ice-o-matic machine has been absolutely perfect! I have owned several and this machine has been the easiest and most reliable by far.
