Easy to install and is perfectly shaped.

We were looking for an option for our deep, narrow shower. Other arms either pointed our shower head straight at the wall, were so long we were forced against the wall, or had so much of a curve the shower head ended up touching the top of my husband's head. This arm worked perfect for our needs. We can now angle our shower head straight down allowing us to be able to use the rainfall mode, the length is perfect, and with the added height, my husband can now take a shower without crouching down. The quality seems no different than the Kohler arm in our other shower and looks of very high quality. I love that it came in the same brushed nickel finish we have throughout our house. I highly recommend this product.

I am an average height female, so I had no problem enjoying our new rain shower head. But my husband barely fit under, so getting this S-curved extender to lift it up was the answer. I didn't bother driving to the big box home improvement stores since I already knew that they only sell entire shower kits and didn't have a 1/2" stainless steel coupling either, only brass. All the local hardware stores have closed, and the one remaining one NEVER has what I need. So, as usual, go online and scour amazon's selection. This stainless steel extender caught my eye since it is finished in brushed nickel, a perfect match to the shower head. I wanted to be sure not to get a flimsy extender that would bend in time under the weighty shower head. Problem solved, and hubby can enjoy his shower now as much as I do.

For my bathroom. The shower head was too low in my second bathroom and I didn't want to remove the tiles and create a world of dust amd more work. I recon this would be much easier and faster. As soon as its installed I will have more to sat.I installed and loving it. ❤️

The shower arm itself looks good and is easier to install than traditional arms due the leverage you can get with the shape. However, the shower flange that was advertised as included did not arrive with the shower arm. No biggie, I'll just use the old one - right?Nope. Because of the bend, this shower arm is thicker than standard so the extra flanges you have lying around won't fit!Make sure yours comes with the flange, because it will be difficult to replace due to the non-standard size. I contacted the sellers using Amazon chat today for support and will update this review if/when I hear back from them.Edit: The company was VERY responsive and sent a replacement flange right away. The flange is square, comes with a rubber support piece and looks very nice. Overall, a great product and a company who stands by their products!

As a taller person, washing my hair while showering could give me neck pain from bending down. When my previous shower arm gave out, I wanted to see if I could install something a bit taller. This shower arm increased the height at which I could install my shower head, giving me a "rainhead" feel without having to redo my entire bathroom. This thing looks and feels great, and I no longer have to bend down for water to reach the top of my head while showering

As long as you have a standard configuration, this is very easy to install. Quality appears good and satisfied with the value. Everything screwed together as expected.
