The Natures Bounty Women’s multi vitamin with 50mg collagen are amazing! I’m on my third bottle. I have Osgood Schlatters Disease in my left knee and the pain is so bad that it brings me to tears sometimes. After using these gummies for several months I realized my knee pain was gone! They actually taste yummy 😋 the only thing I don’t like is that they do have bioengineered ingredients but, I don’t know exactly what that means. I did run out for 2 days and my knee pain started peeping back through so, I know without a shadow of doubt, that these gummies are truly helping me! I do not notice any extra energy or anything but it’s totally worth it for me to keep taking these gummies just for the knee pain!

I think this helpful for my hair and the rest of me, but wow I know these are effective for my nails. I purchase lots of different vitamins and minerals, wondering if they are really working at all, but I know that for me I have never been able to grow my nails more than little nubs before they would flake off qand break. They taste fruity and pleasant and no upset stomach. They tend to stick together so you might have to knock the plastic container a bit to dislodge them from the bottom. No complaints
