Gets hot and stays hot.
I replaced a 110 volt fryer with this 220 volt unit. The difference is like day and night. It gets hot and stay hot throughout cooking. It set the fryer up at a permanent location, outside under a patio cover. When it comes time to fry, all I have to do is turn it on 15 minutes before cooking and it does a great job.

Shuts down after 2 hours
Good product. However, for a commercial fryer, it shuts down after 2 hours.

Does not work
Unfortunately this appliance did not work when received, we completed a return and Amazon shipped a replacement. When the replacement was received that one only worked for about an hour.

Heats up fairly quickly.
Very well made. Heavy duty construction. Easy to use. I wish amazon would not use U S P S. They are not very reliable.

Nice small commercial device, needs 220V outlet.
Large family so the smaller deep fryers become bothersome. Only issue was the 220V requirement. It does mention in listing but I overlooked it. Overall decent large deep fryer and I love the oil Spout feature. I also got the filters and filter stand to make cleaning the machine and oil easy.

It will fail after 6 months and this is how to fix it
I've ordered 4 of these for my bar kitchen and they are legit awesome. They don't cool off while cooking and heat up quickly. After about 6 months you will get both red and green lights flashing twice with a beep and it won't heat up.Here's the fix. Take off the bottom of the unit (about 12 screws,) there is a thermal paste contact with the bottom of the oil bin and the thermostat. Scrap off the thermal paste of both the bottom oil bin and the thermostat sensor. Reapply new thermal paste reattach the bottom plate. Let sit for an hour and you're brand new. Its taken me a moment to figure this out hense the buying 4. Cheers.

Beautiful machine but mine died after 10 minutes.
This machine appears to be very well made.. Nice fit and finish. The baskets are beautifully made, very sturdy chrome plated and heavy. The controls are easy to use but I would have preferred a digital readout, still, this works just fine with a dial that clicks on the present temperatures that go all the way to 380 F. I read the entire manual to be sure I followed all the instructions and cautions as this does hold 2 gallons of very hot oil. I filled it with the oil, plugged into the 240v outlet and fired it up. It heats very quickly and seems to hold temperature well. I loaded in the fresh cut potato eager to try the fries. My first 8 minutes went well at a cool fry of 260F. I pulled out the basket, let the fries cool and dialed up the machine to 380F to complete the final couple minutes to crisp the blanched fries. As the machine approached 375F, the two display lights started to flicker, then I heard a pop, and all lights out and the fryer was dead. I also smelled electrical smoke, like part of the control circuit just blew up. I'm hoping this was a rare defect and not an example of poor quality control overall and I'm sending this one back for exchange. I may be over generous giving this a 2 star rating when it lasted no more than 10 minutes. But I like the look, feel, and the induction heating. If the second one works, I'll be pleased. If it dies after the Amazon warranty, I'll be very bummed.
