LOVE
These pans are beautiful and functional. Everything I've tried so far has cooked very well and cleanup is extremely easy. Everything just slides right off. The only sad thing is that they do scratch, so when I've placed them on my gas range grills they've scratched up the bottoms, but that is to be expected. Net, don't use metal utensils on the cooking surface!

PAN WARPED
Imagine my shock when the very first time I used it, it rippled, and one end of it almost turned up and made a huge noise which scared me! I was not even in the kitchen, and I could still hear this weird noise and I thought somebody was in my kitchen. I finally checked on it, and when I looked inside, I could see that the pan was all warped, and it had warped so much while it was cooking the pizza shells that, some of the batter had flipped off the pan onto the sides of the oven. I have a whole set of these green life pans, and I’ve never had them do anything like this before but I did notice that a couple people reported it in their reviews. So there is some type of a problem possibly in certain batches that were manufactured. I would not recommend these at all. But like I said, I have the other pans like fry pans and sauce pans and have not had a problem like this. And it actually does not feel like it’s very heavy so it must be kind of a thin pan and maybe that’s what’s causing the problem . I tried to call the company or contact the company through Amazon. I was not able to reach them. I would really like to get a refund because I feel like I won’t be able to use this again because it’s actually kind of dangerous to cook with it since you don’t know if it’s going to like warp again and flip some of your food on the oven walls. I will try one more time to contact the company. They should make it easier for you to be in touch with them especially when you have a problem.

Love these
I do love these pans, but they are a bit fragile. First, once I read some of the FAQs and learned you could clean them with a Magic Eraser sponge, they are much easier to get clean. The food does not stick, but oil does. It says not to use extra virgin olive oil or cooking sprays, so I use Avocado, but even that tends to leave a film. My bigger concern is that they are really, really easily scratched. I only use wooden or silicone utensils and hand wash them, but I still have nicks and scratches. I cannot figure out where they are coming from. According to what I've read, unlike Teflon coated pans, they are still safe to use even if the coating has been scratched. Even if it sounds like I am complaining, I would buy them again. (In fact, I also have the cake pans.)

Super Simple
Beautiful pans. Of course the first thing I made too test the pan quality was cookies. I did not use parchment paper. The pan was great! No warping, no food residue stains, no scrubbing to get the pan clean. Hand washing is recommended. Super simple.

Meh
Conceptually great and heavy duty, but this pan changes shape in the oven (you can hear it clanging) and it’s losing some of it’s ceramic coating, just from the process of me sliding it into storage with other sheet pans. It definitely is non-stick and I am grateful to have bakeware that’s safe around my parrots, but this pan could definitely use improvement.

No more grey for me! I found these on Amazon and fell in love with the colour and material they are made from. Also their size is very large making for faster baking. Although pricey they will surely be the last I will ever need to purchase.

Beautiful great product. Bit it didn't fit into our oven. :( We had to return it.

Pans are an attractive colour and a marked improvement over the old tired black enamel ones I was using. The non stick coating has stood up so far after a dozen uses.

I'm in love with these trays. I started using them recently but they are really non stick! I even wash them with the metal side of the sponge and not a scratch. They do bend a bit (barely noticeable) when hot in the oven but they flatten back once they cool a bit.
