The shipping was lightning fast—just 2 days—so I was able to start using it right away.This little knife is perfect for everyday carry. This is a great but simple pocket knife with a sturdy locking mechanism. It is somewhat easy to open, but could be hard for small children (which might be a good thing). It also looks really good and the weight feels good to handle. It’s made of a high quality high carbon stainless steel and a sort of textured handle. It’s also very sharp out of the box and can be sharpened easily. This has great gift value especially for a first pocket knife!

Do not like seeing made in China. I have an identical knife that I bought a number of years ago made in USA. Quality carbon steel blade construction is similar to the old one and the price is very good. Still a quality Schrade product. I would buy again. Closed length is close to 3" making the perfect pocket knife - very portable. Easy to use with a quality lockback safety feature. The carbon steel blade holds a sharp edge well. Price & quality for under $20. Dollar for dollar you cant go wrong. If you loose it or leave it no big deal. Luv this knife. I paid less than $16 with tax - good deal. Other reviewers stated the edges to be sharp - unfinished. I found this to be the same on mine as well. I cleaned up edges with a sharpening stone/steel 5- minutes nice and smooth to handle now. It’s my daily carry.

It’s in my pocket. Nice little knife. It seems to hold a good edge. Could have done without the old timer badge on the handle. It is printed on lower part of blade. I feel that was good enough. The little badge in handle popped off first time it was dropped. In all honesty it didn’t need to be on the handle anyway. It’s a simple knife. No need to over embellish it. All in all, I like it. It just has a hole in one side where the not needed name tag use to be.

This is the perfect small knife to fit into a jeans pocket. It feels big enough to not get lost with the keys and change, with a distinctive texture handle. The blade is sharp and pointy, which is what I often need to prize out integrated circuits from their sockets, or to open a cardboard box. I have a similar size Case 156 Zytel lockback knife, and although that is great quality, the lightweight Zytel sides make it disappear in the pocket- I could never find it amongst the keys and change.

Real nice pocket knife. Great that it doesn’t have a pocket tang.

I love this knife and highly recommend it! It's size makes it perfect as a box cutter and it's extremely useful for small quick things that pop up like cutting zip ties or a loose thread on your clothes. The blade really holds it's sharpness. Im very satisfied with it 👍🏼

Fantastic!!! Really nice lock up!!! The design is the way a lock blade should be as far as I’m concerned!!! You can’t go wrong with old timer knives!!! Excellent choice for everyday carry!!! Christmas is coming and these would make incredible stocking stuffers!!! Opens really well!!! Do be careful though, this little guy is really sharp!!! The way a knife should be!!!
