I like to wrap use the handle side as a leash and us the frayed end like a flogger. All of these comments about it coming undone are using it wrong or don't have any DIY skills to bind the base of the frayed end before first use 🙄😒 also I used this as part of my blue Django costume so Halloween turned out pretty event full this year.

For display only
I bought this for a community theater prop. To be handheld, and not cracked. For that purpose, this is well suited: i.e. it's a nice looking whip. A fellow cast member picked it up, cracked it four times, and two of the four popper tassels flew off. Looks good, but NOT to be used as a whip.

Falls apart
If you are looking for it to be part of a costume where it just hangs there then I recommend buying it but if you plan on using it in any way space or form, I highly advise against it. I used it twice and part immediately began falling off and it started unraveling.

Unraveling already!!!
If I could give NO STARS I would!! Opened the package and tried to snap the whip and it immediately began to unravel!! Will be returning. Just ruined my costume!! I’ve spent the last 30 minutes trying to put it back together.

Guter erster Eindruck, nicht sehr haltbar.
Zustellung schnell. Artikel auf den ersten Eindruck ok. Weiches Leder. Alles wie dargestellt. Macht guten Eindruck. Allerdings fängt die Peitsche an sich aufzulösen nach 10-20 Übungsschlägen am Ende und der weiche Kern tritt zwischen den geflochten Leder hervor. Habe es mit schwarzem Iso-Band geflickt / gestoptt. Bis Karneval wird es wohl reichen. Ist halt nichts für den Dauereinsatz.

Es peitscht.
Macht, was es soll: lustig aussehen und sogar peitschen. Habe es als Teil eines Indiana-Jones-Kostüms gekauft. Sicher könnte es besser aber verabeitet sein, aber hey, ist wirklich okay und toll anzuschauen.
