I brought 2 of these to use for a day at uni. One to keep a coffee in and one a cold drink. I made the coffee in the morning about 8.30 before I left. I made the cold drink the night before and kept it in the fridge. I can attest, quite strongly, that the hot drink really does stay very hot indeed!! I literally could drink it until after I got home at 5.30 and put some cold water in it! Lesson learned for next time. The cold drink however didn't stay massively cold but it didn't go lukewarm like some can. I'm very pleased with them. Nice colours, cool cleaning brush and a nice bag to keep it in.

Loved this product! My family did too. Used it at Disney (USA) during August and it kept the water very cold the whole day we were there. Add ice to the water and it stays even cooler with ice still in the water after a full day in the heat. Saved us a fortune on water in the parks and at the beach. Also doing your bit to save using plastic bottles. Would thoroughly recommend plus it has a lifetime guarantee. Have recommended to family and friends who have also bought. Good quality and very robust. Ready to try it in the winter now for hot drinks!

When we first bought this bottle, we were very impressed with the apparent quality but within a few weeks, the mouth of the bottle showed rust marks that can happen with lesser grades of stainless steel - we cleaned it well and continued using it. However, within a couple of months we noticed that we could hear water trapped within the sleeve of the bottle - obviously meaning that the vacuum had broken down and apart from holding water, was no longer fit for the intended purpose. By this time we were beyond the Amazon return period and assured by the sellers assurances of customer services, wrote and politely asked to have the bottle replaced ... that was several weeks ago and we haven't heard a dicky bird. I hope that our bottles failure was a one off but we feel very cheated by the lack of the seller's customer care or how we can complain further via Amazon.

I had been bought a Balhvit Bottle for my birthday and absolute love it. It's great quality and keeps the water cool and fresh all day. It's never leaked and I love drinking from it. I have the rose gold version and I have kept it in my bag, the fridge, and my car, and it's never been damaged.I ordered one for my boyfriend for his birthday as I knew he had been looking for one for a while. When it arrived, it had a little bit of a blemish on it. I e-mailed to see if it would be possible to receive a replacement, and one was sent straight away without asking for the original bottle back. The customer service is brilliant.My boyfriend loves his bottle too, I highly recommend the Balhvit water bottle. I've never used it for hot drinks - mainly because it can't take milk - just a heads up if you thought you might put your morning coffee in it. But I wanted it for cold drinks anyway (It also doesn't take fruit juice, just to let you know.)But if you were looking for an excellent quality water bottle, this is the one for you.

Ummed and Arred for a while due to mixed reviews and damaged bottles. Was going to have a look in John Lewis until I saw a friend with one at work and recommended it. So...Delivery next day, package intact, product undamaged, easy to grip (rheumatoid arthritis), easy to drink from, no spills/leaks. Carried out a "hot upto 8hrs test", completely forgot and checked after 12hrs expecting tepid water...water still piping hot!I love it. Use it daily: home, work and gym. Easy to carry around, easy to wash, I don't put this in the dishwasher. Give a good wash before first use...felt a bit powdery inside, comes with a brush. Ordered a black one for my husband and he uses it daily and loves it too. Awaiting stock of rose cold for my daughter, thinking for hot soup at college.Ideal for hold or cold water and will be taking this on holiday too.

I bought this for my dad for Father’s Day to try and encourage him to stay hydrated.The sleek design and 750ml size has ensured that he doesn’t leave home without it!We’ve currently only used it to keep water cool and are very happy with the bottle and would definitely recommend.

Used it several days, it worked perfectly, the water in this bottle still hot after one day, and thanks a lot for the extra brush, it is very useful.

I took one of these to Indonesia. It is well built, it survived drops and doesnt scratch easily. It still looks new. When left in direct sunlight in South East Asia the bottle itself became quite hot to the touch, however the water in side still remained very cold! It comes with a sleeve and a clip so it is easy to attach to the outside of your bags and the sleeve would also help when it is hot to the touch from the sun. It doesnt leak and overall is a very good product. Additionally using a refillable bottle illustrates how many single use bottles people use whilst travelling in South East Asia, everywhere offers refillable water so do your part and reduce plastic waste with a great product that will keep your liquids cool!
