Low in Pesticide
So I saw reviews on breads with low pesticides, and I switched to this brand and recipe because it has consistently tested lowest in pesticides. Apparently, a company called Monsanto likes to spray the wheat with stuff that makes some people think they are gluten intolerant, but those same people can eat bread in Europe? Some believe it is the level of pesticides causing this problem, so I switched, and I like it, it's a good bread.
