This is my second one purchase. That tells you how much I liked it. Compact but powerful. I ran CAD and simulation software on the old one, and it handled both well. Then I dropped it and cracked the touch screen. It still ran but was erratic The new one fixed a problem with access to the power button. They raised it slightly so it was easier to turn on. I love this machine! It is very portable, and has a nice clear screen. And the price is super. I would have paid 100 more.

Hello my keyboard where the USB goes in, is slightly damaged. That is the way I received it. It works now but I'm afraid that in the future there might be problems. I just want to exchange the keyboard can someone please help me on how to do that. Everything else works great I would just like a different keyboard.I have had a horrible experience with this tablet. USB Doesn't work and mouse pad stopped working 4 months after I bought it. Worst decision I have ever made

Nice little netbook/tablet. It's a pity that the chipset supports 64 bit, but it's crippled to 32 bit by the bios.

It's good for its value but obviously not the best. Battery life is excellent though as I can go a bit more than 7 hours on a 100% charge.

Was looking for a replacement laptop that won't be used often and a tablet to be used frequently. This product has met both needs so far. Keyboard is a little small but probably just takes getting used to as I'm used to a full size laptop. For the price you can't beat it if you are wanting to meet two needs with one product!

I am so disappointed. I haven't had this computer for a week and it keeps forcing updates on me where it gets to 100% complete but then does nothing. It sat that way for 2 hours tonight and I got tired of waiting so I turned it off and on a bunch of times until it said something along the lines of, "Oops looks like the computer failed to reboot correctly."From there I had the option of restarting the computer, erasing everything on the computer or doing a system restore. I had a feeling restarting would just get me stuck in the same loop so I did system restore to last Tuesday when the computer arrived. Did you know it's really ridiculously tedious to do system restores with windows 8? I had to go to my recovery email on my cell phone to get a code to get a system restore code. Finally the thing restored, which took forever and then it restarted itself after the system restore.. Well guess what? It's stuck in the same loop as before where it updates to 100%, restarts, updates to 100%, restarts, over and over and over.I needed a reliable little computer for school as my regular laptop is on the fritz. I haven't even had it for a week and it's not working. I think the device over all was great WHILE IT WORKED. I enjoyed the touch screen aspect even though there are some flaws with usability. I am not sure what the problem with windows 8 is but a computer should not have problems like this, especially when it's brand new.

I take this everywere. boots up super quick, 13 seconds. upgraded to windows 10 with no trouble. this is my second one, had an issue with the first one after about a two years. it was cheaper to replace it than get it fixed. Normally that would be a turn off for me, but I just like the size and operation so much I decided to do it again.

Arrived and worked for a few hours then dead. Started troubleshooting only to learn that this is a common problem with this unit. Users also cited defective charging cables often as well as trouble getting it to start. Not worth the time. Seems like a nice unit, huge quality problems.,,,,
