This shea nut butter is great. There very little odor and it is very hydrating. My skin feels great. I put it on my hand and feet before bed and it soak in overnight. I do wear socks. I am buying this again when I need to reorder.

This was a good find for me. I definitely think it was worth the money seeing as though it comes in a glass jar and is organic. In its solid form it does have some grittiness to it but when rubbed together it is super smooth. The shea butter is non scented which is a plus, works well, and as long as you rub between your palms is applied easily. Would definitely buy again!

works great for sealing in moisture or sealing out hair dye and protecting your skin. Works well for blow drying and straightening. It just smells a little like oil of oregano and I would suggest adding another scent to it or over it once your hair is done or during your styling process.

I've been using shea butter for many years and this product is annoyingly grainy! Granules fell everywhere when I applied it to my skin and it took quite a bit of friction to disperse. Love that it comes in a glass jar though. Thanks to the advice of a previous reviewer, I put the shea butter jar in a pot of simmering water (half level to the jar). Turn off water. Stir shea butter as it melts and you'll notice the grainy texture become smooth. I transferred the melted shea butter into two 8oz wide mouth mason jars and placed in the freezer for 15 minutes. The graininess is gone and the shea butter can be applied easily on the skin.

A bit gritty, but it dissolves in a few seconds when you warm it in your hands. Emollient and good for dry skin areas.

In the past 2-3 years I have been transitioning to a zero waste lifestyle. I bought this shea butter due to the fact it was the only one I could find on amazon OR google which came in a glass jar and had a reasonable price. The product arrived faster than I expected and is better than I could have ever imagined. All it takes is a pea size amount to provide moisturization to my face and hands which is unmatched by any lotion I have ever used. To apply the product I take a pea size amount, place it on the back of my left hand and with my right pointer finger I smear in a counterclockwise direction, this makes the product appear more like a lotion/liquid which is easier to apply to the hands and face as opposed to the grainy texture it has when you remove it from the jar. (A lot of the complaints about this product are that it is grainy but if you warm if between your fingertips or on the back of your hand like I described the product will no longer have this grainy quality). I noticed softer, clearer, and more hydrated skin in just 2 days! Needless to say I love this product and will never buy another plastic bottle of lotion or chapstick again!!

My usual was not available, tried this brand. Melted in microwave ok, poured into old container (easier to use). When I tried it, it was gritty and did not cove evenly.
