Liked this came quick (2 days!) and the size (11”x14”) MATTERS for pain/swelling relief!Easy to freeze and use, like the “tuffed” impression on one side to shape better. Very durable and glad they come in a 2 pack, one to use the other to chill, etc

I liked the product's versatility in that I can use it on my knees or shoulder. I ordered to cool down my keens after the game, and works like a charm. Glad that I ordered the small ice pack as well.

Contrary to the description, these are not flexible when frozen. That being said, I still like them. They stay cold FOREVER, they seem to be pretty durable ( I haven't treated them the most gently) and they do soften up after they start to thaw. I would get these again.

Pros: this pack is a great size for my shoulder or neck. It stays cold for about 30 minutes which is fine. Cons: We have used various gel packs in the past. This one is much stiffer at the beginning and has to warm up a bit to be malleable enough to wrap around my neck or shoulder. That doesn’t work well in the middle of the night. Conclusion: good price, stays cold so will use during day, but probably would not purchase again.

I bought this for my daughters shoulder injury to wrap around the area after her daily PT. When taking it out of the freezer it is stiff as a board with absolutely no movement. I need to leave it out more than an hour to get it to bend which doesn’t help her at all. Being in high school she doesn’t know when she will start her PT each day so it’s stayed in the freezer more times than not. I will be looking for another gel type that works straight out of the freezer.

Nice oversized ice pack that covers both sides of your lower back if needed. It does sweat so place a towel around it. First one I had started leaking gel out of the bottom seam after several uses.

I love that the product is large and stays cold. However it is not very flexible and the plastic cracked after 3 months use and is now leaking.

These are some of the very best ice packs I’ve ever purchased or and used. I think we’ve had them all my husband and I both have different back issues and mine is worse as almost all of my disks are either nonexistent or herniated. I have two fractures in my back and severe scoliosis. These are great because they cover most of my back that hurts. I was a little reluctant thinking that surely that’s gonna tear or something but did not and would not it is a very strong outer and you will not be sorry it’s a great price and they’re not going to leak like normal ice packs. I bought two extra so that I can always have Cold ice packs available. These are fantastic!
