Nice bottles, perfect for hot sauce.

Love these bottles. I have ordered them 3 times. Only issues wqs with delivery process. 1 got lost but came a day after I reported it and got a replacement so sent that back lol. And one time some of the bottles was damaged. I wouldnt mind paying a little more if there was Styrofoam to help protect the bottles during transit. But thats just me. Other than that they are great.

These are hot sauce bottles. In that regards, they work well. Our order arrived packed well and no breakage. However, of the 24 caps that were included, 12 of them were the incorrect size. I contacted the seller through Amazon. I was quite surprised to receive a response within 5 minutes. Then about 10 minutes later, I had tracking information for the replacement caps. Mistakes and errors happen. We are all human. How those mistakes and errors are fixed is what separates the great from the less than great companies. This customer service experience was about as good as it gets. Easy, quick and perfectly satisfying. A polite tip of the hat to the seller.

I make a batch of about 150 bottles of homemade fermented hot sauce every year and give them away to friends and family. Consequently, I go through a lot of these bottles and I have tried lots of brands trying to get the most bang for my buck. There are cheaper alternatives to this brand. There are also alternatives that include more extras like shrink wrapping capsules to go over the top and neck to give it a more professional look, labels, funnels, etc. But in my experience these still work the best. They are made of sturdy glass and the little shaker tops fit tightly. You can tell that they are a good quality, durable product. Once filled they look great. The bottom line: there are cheaper options that might offer more extras, but these work really well and the product quality seems better than some of the other choices. Having said that, If you are not going to make a big production of it, a different brand that offers more of those extras might be the best choice for you.

A good set of bottles. Easy to use. They turned out to be bigger than i thought they would be. But really they are the perfect size for a strong HOT sauce. It has been nice to have good bottles to gift hot sauce to people.
