I bought these after a good deal of research, perhaps the most important thing I learned being, when buying non-stick, don't spend too little and don't spend too much. Too little gets you pans without good mass (for distributing and holding heat) and possibly a finish that won't last. Too little is just silly. non-stick pans last 3 to 5 years even if you take really good care of them... spending more doesn't change this. So I like All -Clad as a company and these products are priced about right. They've proven good and durable and I like the steel base. Very solid. One thing to mention though: These are NOT good omelet pans as the shape doesn't allow easy flipping and sliding as you likely want to do for an omelet. I bought a separate 8" omelet pan from another brand for that.

I Love the single All-Clad pan that I recently purchased, but these 2 that came in a set had very different handles, and not comfortable handles, but I do Love the pans. Just disappointed in the different handles. 😒

These pans cleaned up great! I don’t have to worry about Teflon or any other coating scraping off. Sides were just deep enough to make sure there were no messes. Very good conductor of heat as well. Excellent quality, but that’s what I would expect from the brand. Seems like they’re good enough to be handed down through time, without breaking the bank. These have easily become my favorite nonstick pans. The coating works really well and food slides right off without sticking. They heat evenly and feel solid and well made. The pans themselves look beautiful and the lids are really nice too, so the whole set looks great in the kitchen. It’s nice having the three different sizes because they’re useful for different things when cooking. I find myself reaching for them almost every day and they’ve also been very easy to clean. One tip with these (and really any nonstick pan) is to keep the heat around medium and use silicone or wood utensils to help protect the coating. I’d also recommend using pan protectors if you stack them in a cabinet so the nonstick surface doesn’t get scratched. Overall this has been a really great nonstick set for everyday cooking.
