As with all cosmetic products? That's not right at all, plenty of brands specify the percentage of ingredients. Look to The Ordinary for transparency, they list 10% Niacinamide and 1% Zinc on one of their products for examples

It’s helps more with bigger spots like any breakouts. I really recommend it as it is moisturising but not oily.
