First to the quality of the product which totally surprised me. over the past couple of years i have tried out four other types, three silicone and one hard plastic. All of those came with the exact same cheap shiny black plastic mount. this one is very different in a good way. the plastic is much better besides being a matte finish. it has weight to it and does not feel bargain bin quality like those others. it probably cost less than 25 cents to manufacture it this way but makes the product feel and look is much better than any other i have tried. IMHO look no further, just get this one.as said i have used silicone covers previously but none w/a water 'umbrella' roof design. this with the pitched 'roof' design does a better job shedding water than the others as a result. so you get not only the protection offered by all those others but also more due to the uppermost design, the top, provides a bit more. that extra bit matters and is why this style is my preferred choice. easy to slide on and then good to go. the mounting hardware, all you need is included. just find your location, attach it and then screw on the camera (with the case already on).regardless the level of protection this delivers i highly recommend finding a spot for example under the eaves? where the cam gets some protection from the structure itself. all said i would highly recommend this product.

There's no way that this case could possibly be weatherproof as it is a silicone type of material. I live in a very cold climate and this material will freeze and shatter. Total rip-off. I know I'm asking for a return because this is very deceptive advertising. All the other cameras I've seen on Amazon with this type of structure and appearance for wyze cam are made of a hard and more durable material not a soft outer shell that will freeze and shatter. As an indoor camera casing this might be tolerable except that it's advertised as an outdoor camera casing.

The white camera stuck out like a sore thumb when mounted on my cedar house. It is much less obtrusive with this black cover, just like I wanted! My camera is protected from rain and snow, as it is under a 2' eave. I'm not sure that I would consider it "weather proof." It is a silicon sleeve with an open bottom and holes for the lens and power; I would not count on it to keep rain and snow out. It doesn't affect the operation of the camera at all.

Love this! Gives my outdoor pan camera a little camouflage and has provided great protection! This rubbery housing cushioned the camera when it fell a few times onto the concrete/brick porch. I would highly recommend this item.

This is a cinch to install. Great protection for the cam along with hiding it. The birds chill out on it now and then disguising it even more. A rubbery material so makes cleaning it easy and the outside weather just slides off of it.

This case fits the camera well, with all the cutouts in the right place. Well made, good price, rapid delivery.

This was easy to install and has been outside in plenty of rainy stormy weather and my wyze camera is still perfectly fine.

This absolutely does not work, it is a simple silicone mold. Not only does it allow moisture in, it traps moisture inside the silicone housing and camera.
