This brand is used in my wife’s gym. Over time, when used by different individuals with varying strengths, this band does break. However, with personal use (used at home), this band’s resistance is good. The price of this band may be cheaper when ordering directly from the company. I would recommend this band.

I rarely give a product 5* review but these bands deserve it. Why? because despite the fact that everytime I write that this major website sells a ton of cheap phony rated garbage and they reject my review, it's the truth. These are definitely gym quality. First off as a guy booty bands are really not my thing and I would prefer to be at a gym working on my legs with resistance machines, but COVID requires sacrifices and these are heavy enough to provide decent resistance for various leg/core/booty exercises. These band are for someone, male or female, that can easily handle the garbage bands this website call heavy or in Theraband color Black/Silver. They are thick and well made (Yes they are rubber bands and I expect them to break after sometime but it might take awhile) The only thing I would add is purple is a heck of a lot cheaper than grey (Ultra heavy) and purple offers better stretch and the resistance isn't that much lighter.

I have two of these right now! One at home and one at my vacation home. It’s the ideal strength to achieve that leg burn I am looking for in my workouts. Neither band has gotten to a point of stretching out to where I don’t feel like they are working for me anymore and I can honestly say I use it 4-5 times per week. Sometimes twice a day! Worth the money in my opinion!!

Love the resistance of theses bands but they do break after a month or so. I tried another brand (Synergee) andwas súper disappointed as they are not as tight and about 1/2” longer offering too little resistance. I’m back to ordering Powersystems brand and hopefully they will improve the strength so they will last a little longer or offer a multipack like other brands do.

Professional quality, unlike other brands that are less expensive that come in bundles. Highly recommend this brand
