This timber frame structure can usually be assembled by most qualified general contractors. Detailed assembly instructions are included. If you still need help finding one, we can try to help.

Q: What would be a guesstimate of a wind rating for this structure, assuming a proper foundation (slab), tie downs (steel), and impact rated windows?

Prior to fabrication, we will provide blueprints for your architect or engineer to approve. If they suggest any modifications to comply with local weather conditions and building code, such as increasing wind or snow load capacity, for example, we will do that.

Q: If I purchased this product and wanted all my materials to be on site at the same time, how would I know what size windows/doors to purchase?

The house kit includes preliminary architectural drawings and structural drawings, unstamped. It includes the windows and door schedule. Thank you
