Sevylor Water Lounge Chair

I think I've tried every pool float Amazon sells - the big double mattress (reflective plastic got way too hot), the semi-circle float which caved in when I kerplopped on it, and the gigantic yellow inflatable chaise which sent me flying butt-over-boobs into the water. Thank God there's no video of that little maneuver! On a whim, I ordered one of these Coleman lounge chairs; thinking I could always send it back if the mesh seat was too flimsy for my wider than average backside.However, I ***love*** this water chair! You sit pretty high in it, which is great if you want to read a magazine or sip a strawberry daiquiri while you're floating around. The mesh seat is supported by two plastic rods, but they're under the inflatable arms & don't poke your legs or backside at all. And the back is the perfect height - you can tip your head back & snooze if you'd like, but it keeps you sitting nice & straight. I have a herniated disc in my lower back, and can literally float for hours in this chair without so much as a twinge of pain.We loved these so much that we ordered six of them - enough to keep us bobbing around the pool for years and years to come!

This is the most solid inflatable chair that I've seen. All of the seams seem solidly sealed. It has It has only been used a few times in our pool, but I worry a little about the small leg bar that connects the arm rests. We like to lounge in our pool and read, so I doubt it will cause us any trouble, but it seems like it would be the first part to tear. The other issue is that it sits you straight up. I am 5'3'' and my boyfriend is 6'2'', both of us average to athletic build, and neither of us can sit comfortably for more than 15-20 min.

I bought this chair despite the one bad review and like it so well I am now purchasing another. We use it to float in a little Pacific bay and it works well. the reason I do not give it 5 stars is because there is a small leak in the back valve so it gets a little soft overnight but blown up again it lasts all afternoon We are in Mexico there is no chance to use the guarantee. It made with strong material and a good deal at the price. Sevylor has good products.

This chair was bought as a November birthday gift for my son-in-law to use in his new pool set to be constructed for summer of 2016. He had use of it for one short season of 4 mos. This summer of 2017 he inflated it and it quickly deflated. Figuring he'd get back to it after having foot surgery and unable to use the pool he didn't get to checking where the leak was in the chair until two weeks ago. He found a leak in the seam and quickly mended it only to discover two more seam leaks within a couple of days. It's certainly not what we expected and I find this is something that shouldn't happen after only one season of use. Just thought I should make you aware of it's defect. Hope no one else has had the same problem. My son-in-law was really happy with it the first season but totally disgusted with it this year.

The chair itself is fine, it takes a while to inflate, I suggest a foot pump or electric pump. The connection cables don't work very well, I had to tie them to keep two chairs together.

Just as reviewed and described. I used to have a seated chair lounge which broke due to several years of use and many users. I could not find one to replace it and spent money on two that we do not use. This Coleman Water Lounge Chair is just what I wanted, secure, allows me to kick my feet and steer with my arms.

Love this chair . It is so comfortable my son and others fell asleep floating in the pool on it. Sturdy and durable for big college guys .

It was difficult to paddle with my arms due to the size of the chair arms. The tip came off the rod on one side of the seat.
