Take Two (5) (My Sister the Vampire) Review: take a bite out of hollywood - One of my favorite things about this series is that that it doesn't require any life threatening crisis. Just viewing what the world would be like in every day life if you were a human who learned you really came from a vampire family. In book 5 of the series Mr. Vera is finally getting to know about his human daughter Olivia and how different the world is for humans than for vampires when we start off at Mr. Smoothies and is force to dance when he orders a twist and shout by accident. A mystery begins when Mr. Vera tells his vampire daughter Ivy that Olivia's adopted parents would be taking care of her while he goes on a business trip but Olivia parents mention that he's going off to do something for his daughters. A launching point for book six when Mr. Vera plans to introduce his daughters to their European vampire relatives advertized in the back of book 5. Olivia has to deal with eating for two as her vampire sister has to avoid garlic and lots of other items Olivia human mother; who unaware of vampires, fix for meals for the girls. As does prove a problem finding a comfortable way for a coffin sleeping vampire to get a good night sleep. When Olivia, Ivy and their friends go to the vampire diner The Meat and Greet, they find it closed for the week as Hollywood has come to town to film on location. For some unexplained reason the star of the movie takes a love at first sight like to Olivia. When Ivy gets her suspects that Olivia is dating a vampire when she hopes to have a normal human boyfriend she has her concerns. Just as she's concern that their worst school enemy will do anything to keep Olivia from getting a part in the film when it becomes questionable that Olivia's new boyfriend's diva co star will remain with the picture or not. Review: Great books - Great story for my 8 year old to read! Each of these books are good for her to read now and for school next month!

Book that teaches acceptance of differences
I was initially hesitant to purchase this series of books, because we are a very religious, conservative family. However, after first visiting the library to preview them I soon discovered that they actually teach children how to deal with social situations positively. Depending on which one of these books your child reads, this series of books teaches how to deal with siblings, handle bullies, how to relate positively to others and accept them for their differences, and how to be a good friend. My daughter's behavior among her family, peers, friends, and teachers improved greatly as she read thelive with good character and value. My Sister the Vampire #1: Switched My Sister the Vampire #4: Vampalicious! My Sister the Vampire: Take Two My Sister the Vampire #2: Fangtastic!

Fun Read
I got this for my daughter for Christmas. She only knew about the first 4 books so when I saw this, I knew it would thrill her. She was beyond shocked when she opened this present!

My sister the vampire take two bye sienna Mercer is an awesome book. I like the way that she always switches from Olivia to ivy as it means you can see the girls point of view and what there up to. This book would be recommended to my friends and is good for the ages 8+.

My review starts with great thanks the author this brilliant book. I think it would he better if they told us about the movie with Jackson and Olivia and how well or not very well it went.

I liked the filming bits. I'd recommend this to any 9-14 girls. I chose a four star rating because I really liked this, but it wasn't the best book in the series for me. I'd REALLY like it if Sienna Mercer or anyone else created a REAL Vorld Vide Veb.

Great addition to my daughter's collection of these books, i'm only gutted as you can now buy the complete set from 1-15 at a fraction of the price these books sell for.
