Perfect tart lemon powder.
i've been going through at least 1 package a month for a couple years. I've tried others and there is no comparison. This is so tart , I love it. I'm 79 and my body has always craved citris. This is the easiest source of pure lemon I've found. I add it to water and ice tea daily. It doesn't dislove in carbonated water so I make a little liquid lemon and splenda for making sodas. I also add it to frosting and baking. I've tried adding some to my daily Chobani lemon yogurt but it doesn't disolve fast enough so I squirt lemon juice instead. I'm about as healthy as a person my age can be, but my dentist says I have erosion on my teeth from all the citris. This craving of mine has worked out pretty good for me. Dealing with fresh lemons is not great and the taste of bottled lemon juice doesn't work for me either. This is perfect .

Easy and convenient to use. Taste is pretty good. I use it a lot in my tea.

Excellent for when fresh citrus isn’t handy
I prefer fresh lemon or lime but this works well off season - adds fiber and the tart flavor citrus provides - I use to add to my hibiscus tea and also to some meat rub spices.

Lemon water use
I use this for lemon water and add to my tea. Can also be used for lemonade by adding more. I like the convenience and lack of chemicals that are in processed lemonade powder.

Taste change from previous batch
My first purchase of this lemon powder was flavorful and had a kick. This bag is very mild and lacks any lemon flavor at all. I’m starting to wonder if this company is using fillers to bulk up the product. Very frustrating not having trust in the ingredients labels.

Since I drink lemon water every morning, with fresh lemon I thought I would try the powder. I compared the lemon powder to fresh lemon in the amount indicated on the package, One scoop of lemon powder equals one wedge of lemon, as stated on the package. I compared the two, in 6 ounces of filtered water and the powder produced an undetectable amount of lemon flavor. I added another scoop, and another, and more, equaling more than 1 teaspoon and still not close to the taste of fresh lemon. I am very disappointed. This product is lacking in taste strength not producing any value for the money.
