Are these shoes machine washable?

Yes they are machine washable I put them inside a pillow case and tie a knot in top of pillowcase and put in washing machine and wash they come out great

What size should i get? not sure on the sizing. i have had skechers in size 4

These fit lovely at 1st but do stretch a bit with wearing. (It may be cos I bend my foot when standing still) if u find they do stretch, I put mine on a quick 40 degree wash & they fit lovely again. Hope this helps

I don't wear these indoors so can't comment on a kitchen floor. I do wear them when walking the dog in the local park and in recent weeks have trod on many slippery fallen leaves and the occasional early morning frost without having any problems. I hope this is helpful
