Such a shame components are not replaceable. Bought this just over 3 months ago. The sensor was not functioning properly so we removed it and after that it leaked from the base into the cabinet below. Had a plumber look at it and said it wasn't fixable as the leak is coming from inside the faucet. This cost $120 and it didn't even work for 3 months. Don't waste your money on this knock-off of the original Delta gold faucet with warranty and replaceable parts. I would love to return this as it's unusable.

Now 8 months has passed and it’s already broken! We turn it on and no water comes out. We checked all the other faucets in our house to make sure it wasn’t a plumbing issue and everything else is fine. It happened once last night and now suddenly it stopped working completely. We had a plumber come in to change to a new faucet and it works fine. I’d also like to mention that the faucet head and the body color doesn’t really match, so beware of that when purchasing. Not sure if mine was just a defect. Overall, do not recommend.

The faucet looks good I don't like that the spray is a different color gold but I've received many compliments on the gold hardware in my kitchen. Finally today I was able to install batteries for the touch function and unfortunately that doesn't work at all. The batteries are new I just ordered from Amazon and received yesterday and they work for other toys. It's disappointing now that my window for exchange is closed.

If you want Gold, dont order this it looks, like the gold was brushed off, very faded, highly dissappointed.

I bought this in June 2020. Has worked great until now (not quite 6 months). Absolute junk. I’ve had to change batteries 3x since installed. Went to change again today since it stops working. Nothing works, installed two brand new sets of batteries and still doesn’t work. Going in the garbage and now have to buy a brand new one because we cant use our kitchen faucet (which we use the most). Very disappointing, DO NOT Buy

Dont waste your money here. Installed this faucet about 8 months ago and at first it was wonderful- loved the color and the touch function. A couple months in, the handle began to loosen and would fall off every time I had to adjust water pressure or temperature. That didn’t bother me too much since the touch function was working fine and I didn’t need to use the handle too much. Now, the touch function has stopped working too and it turns out the touch detector part is defective. There’s no way to contact the company and no way to find extra parts. Extremely disappointed in this purchase.

This product looks nice but does not work as advertised. Not even our professional plumber could get the touch function to work so we had to remove that function in order for it to work at all. Would return but needed to finish the project - it’s been installed for 2 weeks and already the pull out function is noticeably loose.

Faucet appears as described, design and color look good, by the looks of the box it was a return. It was installed by a plumber, started leaking from the handle the same day. Touch sensor seems temperamental, especially when using the sprayer.
