Solid creatine in pill form. Good recovery and can lift a long time without getting tired. This is the best creatine for the price out there. Not much strength gain, but it is a little easier and does give you a pound or two of muscle. Good price, I lift weight 6 days a week for three hours and this helps me get through my workouts. Very solid product for the price.

I took this as prescribed but had to stop b/c it broke my face out horribly. Hard sore boil like under the surface of the skin. Great buy but couldn't use it.

I bought this a week ago. I have been on it for a week or so. Remember you take it only on the days you hit the gym. Don't touch it on your off days. Well I have been doing cardio and one group of muscles before I started this product. This creatine has me working on THREE muscle groups a day!! That's even after I hit cardio for 45 minutes and then 30 minutes of ABS. I have sooo much energy. Its so worth the money. I can't speak about weight gains, or muscle gains or strength gains. I don't care about that. I am very content at the moment with the amount of energy I have! Energy equals more gym time, more sets, more muscle groups to work, and that in return produces strength, muscle gains, and cuts!!! I am into hard muscles and getting cut. If you are interested in gaining weight get CRE. MONO. But if you want the best looking body (not I am big and strong but look at my huge gut) buy this product! Work hard look good.

Didn't see much results from it. I'd recommend micronized creatine instead it has a lot better results for me at least

The shipment came VERY quickly, it was extremely cheap compared to MSRP, and it is an absolutely fantastic product! Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) is better compared to Creatine Monohydrate in my opinion since it is so much more pure. In addition, this product is in pill form, so you don't have that chalky taste as you would with powdered form. Using this product I do not get sore after going to the gym anymore, and am able to run 10+ miles easily. I am in charge of the Marine Corps recruiting station, and this gives me the extra edge during a workout to be able to lead my fellow Poolees. Always lead form the front! I highly recommend this product to anyone out there!

First off, no issues with seller. The pills came sealed and none were stuck together or showed any sign of humidity issues.As far as CEE goes:It really does work. Increased stamina means more reps and higher weight. Give it a solid 2 weeks to start seeing and feeling the results. Its not as intense of a supplement as something like NoExplode, but still gives great results.

Please do yourself a favor and DON'T buy from this seller. Here's my story. I cam't tell you how this wprks because I never got a chance to use it. I ordered it once, and when it arrived it was a big giant glop that wasn't retractable from the bottle. I had to cut the bottle open frpm the top to retrieve the capsules which were melted together from what looked like humidity issues. Completely ruined.I contacted the seller who referred me to Amazon since the fulfillment came ythrough them. Fine, Amazon customer service is always helpful, so 5 stars to them. I returned the product, and thinking it was a fluke or one time deal, I ordered again from this seller. BIG MISTAKE!! The product arrived, and again the sealed container had the capsules fused together. Can't even get a single capsule out. It becomes one large unusable glob because of some moisture issue. The creatine ethyl ester product itself is great (I've used others prior to this experience), just beware of this seller. Both products went back IMMEDIATELY and I will not be doing business with this company again.
