I have found this book really helpful with the care of my ‘62’ 35. It’s a working process, but working is the operative word, due partly to this book.

As a newbie to tractor restoration this was perfect for me. It covers all the key issues I need to know and will allow me to have a go at most things. For the money it was exactly what I need. Fast delivery too.A pal of mine who is a very skilled mechanic took a look and bought one too so we can compare notes! Perhaps we need to get out more 🤣

I bought this as I have recently purchased a 1962 Massey Ferguson 35 tractor. I found the book to be just ok , I suppose I was expecting better diagrams and pics to help follow progress on different jobs to be done.

This was a gift for a neighbour but he was chuffed to bits with it

The author obviously knows his stuff, both forwards and backwards.But this is reflected in his writing as it's not a true workshop manual. He rambles about unimportant stuff, while skipping over essential procedure or time-lines necessary to achieve an accurate strip or rebuild. Many of the pictures do little to help, and there are no exploded views.Better to spend the money on a real manual.
