Best cordless straighteners - and I’ve tried a lot!
These little beauties are amazing. They charge from a standard micro USB charger so no fussing about trying to find the right charger or buying mini gas canisters. (Oh, and they act as an emergency power bank for anything that charges from USB, like phones and MP3 players which is genius!)Aside from that, they heat up quicker than other cordless straighteners I’ve tried, and have three temperature settings - including one hot enough for my wild, crazy hair! They retain a constant temperature too, and the plates are ceramic. You get all the benefits of being plugged in when you’re on the go - so difficult to find in cordless straighteners, where you usually have to compromise on something.Quick to recharge and they retain enough power to use throughout the day to keep unruly fringes from being destroyed in damp or humid conditions. One charge is enough for me to use for a few minutes each day without having to recharge at night.If I’m going for drinks after work, a full charge is enough for me to restyle my hair before leaving the office (and I have lots of long, thick and naturally very curly hair).I love the fact that you can’t accidentally turn them on in your bag - they have several safety features which prevent this, including a 3 second press on the power switch required to power up, and not being able to power up when the plates are together in lock mode. I also love the fact that they power off after an hour if you accidentally leave them on, a feature I make sure my non-portable straighteners have too!Lastly, these are the perfect handbag size and look cute - I like the white colour and the little bag that they come with.The amazon price on these at the moment is great (<£30) - you really can’t go wrong. I was so pleased to have finally found a cordless straightener worth writing a review about. So glad I got these, now my heart no longer sinks when I’ve spent a while sorting my hair only to open the curtains to rain, mist or damp. Perfect 👌

Not Quite Good Enough Sadly
I have very high hopes for these, given that I have another, much cheaper pair of cordless straighteners which are about 2 years old.Surely technology would have improved since then, right?Wrong.They look great, and are on the face of it better designed than my cheaper pair, however 8 found that they took longer to heat up and never really got to a proper heat. My older pair take a good while to head up (about 3 min), but these just never seemed to get there.I even tried them side by side to check I wasn't being paranoid (I wasn't).So, sadly my old, slightly work cordless straighteners will continue to be used for now. I'll keep these as a backup pair though doubt I'll really use them much.A real shame, have to say that I'm disappointed.Hope you find this helpful.

Item arrived on time,good service, I had an email to say when it would be delivered. The straighteners work well for my hair ( medium length and quite fine) may not be hot enough for very thick hair. I am pleased with them....

Handy if you’re going away
Handy if you’re going anyway to bringing it along,because it’s small and compact,quick heat up and smooth plates.although is not pair of ghd’s but it does the same job as quickly and well particularly if you have no electricity(make sure it’s fully charged).idea for camping.would recommend

great wee set of straighteners, just the job especially when travelling, get a good heat out them as well so just perfect.
