I’m not sure, I don’t count calories. I have since discovered I have a gluten allergy so I do not buy these anymore. But if they did come GF I would buy them. They were delicious, esp toasted with power butter on them🤗

Q: Does anyone know a regional or national store that carries these? I'd like to try but can't abide this predatory pricing.

My gym used to sell it. About the same price but no shipping. I've ordered from them before directly also 4 or 6 at a time for 4.95 shipping. Freeze and refrigerate

They are kept frozen until they ship to preserve freshness. You can expect them to be thawed upon receipt. They basically have the same shelf as bread you buy in the store which is about 2 weeks or so at room temperature.
