Chopped Strand Mat is randomly dispersed fiber mat that has equal strength in every direction. Each strand is between 1.5″ and 3″ long. A styrene monomer binder is used to hold the fibers together. Compatible with polyester and vinylester resin. Conforms to tight curves and corners. It can be torn or cut to size.
